Shawn michael brunet They were only wearing the kilt and tartan ,because they were performing at world irish dancing championships in glasgow scotland.Normally that troupe don't perform in kilts.At one time irish male dancers wore the plain colour kilt ,but since riverdance thats no longer a thing
