Best Expert MTB in St. George, UT - Suicidal Tendencies

Suicidal Tendencies is a fabulously scenic and technically challenging trail. Following a climb up the Sidewinder trail, Suicidal Tendencies follows with a sequence of very tight switchbacks along a steep cliff face then down and back up the valley between these two mesas. Once on top of Suicidal Tendencies, the trail follows a flowing singletrack route around the rim of the mesa offering incredible views around it's perimiter. There are two or three very technical sections for the expert rider but which can be simply walked around by intermediate riders, but the cliff is not for the faint of heart! A must ride for expert riders while in St. George!
