    The guy making the dough works very neat. Considering they are working with flour, the place looks clean and tidy.
    Employees really look clean. Can't get better and clean bakery than this.
    I miss those breads eating that with butter and honey or fruit jam.
    Very nice video. I enjoyed it.

    What is that semi-dry dough the baker added to the main batch at 11:50? Is it just the left-over from the previous batch, or a kind of sourdough?

    They are making the bread different than I remember. Where are the stones? It used to oval and very long. Sometimes with stones stuck in it.
