Hello Chef: I made this wonderful dish just now for lunch with my friend. It came out perfect. I wish I could send you a photo. I had Japanese frozen udon leftover chicken thigh, and broccoli. It was convenient and I didn’t have to go shopping. I have a question. Because I am Greek American, we use extra virgin Greek olive oil with every recipe. With your recipes I use what you use: either peanut or vegetable oil. Will the wonderful taste of your recipes be altered if I use olive oil? Thank you Chef, as always you are The Best!

I am glad you were able to make this cooking with your existing ingredients available in your pantry/kitchen. Olive oil is also okay for stir frying. Except if cooking required very high temperature. Then , I will used peanut oil, since peanut oil got the highest smoke point. Thanks for asking my co newyorjker.
@@HAPPYWOK The heating point is the issue with olive oil. I will stick with the neutral oils. Thank you Chef

Maybe make some of this later. Thanks for watching.
Looks good, I need to pick up vinegar for the recipe. I ran out when I made dipping sauce the other day.
maybe You should buy extra bottle? since you use a lot for cooking and making dipping sauce? thank you for watching.
@@HAPPYWOK I did buy two bottles lol!
@@toddstropicals : Great. I just bought 5 bottles of LLK low sodium soy sauce @ introductory price for $1.99 each.
Vinegar! Is this normal vinegar or rice wine vinegar or rice vinegar, and the wine is that shoaxing wine?
Looks very good Chef. I never combined any various meats with seafood before. Something I am willing to try. I tried a dish last week out of the ordinary. The family also loves pizza called deluxe. Ingredients are pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms, onions. green peppers and beacon bits. So I used all those and placed it in the wok for a "deluxe stir fry". Yes there was shedded cheese in the wok. It tasted just like the pizza but without the dough. How's that for a Italian-Chinese style stir fry? Sticking with Easter tradition, I will prepare today vegetable fried rice, shrimp n' broccoli with colored peppers lo mein and sweet and sour fish fillet. How's that for a meal? I want to wish you and family happy Good Friday and Easter. See you in your next video.
Pork and shrimp always good combo, like making siu mai or dumpling. Try that way in your next cooking. Stir fry doughless pizza sound interesting. Happy Good Friday & Easter sunday to you too. If I am not mistaken, your christian or catholic too? thank you for watching.
@@HAPPYWOK Hey Chef. I am Christian and the family loves tradition. They will love today's meal.
Ironic your making Shanghai noodles and the people of Shanghai are starving to death..
I know, I saw that news in CNN. Lock down in Shanghai and look like everyone are in house arrest. They need something to eat. thank you for watching.
