You guys are the reason I got my car, I’ve been hearing it for too many years thanks for all the hard work and the best content even before I ever had a learners permit.
Mine is being built in two weeks in Alabama, for delivery the first week of December. It's going to be an unbelievable daily driver and tow vehicle for my track car trailer!! (BMW is only 5500 pounds, vs 7700 for this GLS.)
If you'd have asked me 10 years ago, I would've never ever thought that companies like Mercedes would be not only creeping up on the Suburban/Tahoe/Expedition market, but then blowing the can off it with a vehicle that has no right to be as fast as it is.
Lovely SUV. This is definately for people with higher incomes. As Ferris Bueller said; "It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up!" 🙂 btw once I drove a 12 cylinder Bentley SUV that cost over $300k and before I drove it I thought why would anyone spend that much on an SUV but after driving it I said; oh I totally understand why people with means would buy this!
I mean the brand new Esca-la-day is like $100,000 anyway, so instead of getting that people should just increase their budget by 50% to get this instead
but suddenly it makes sense how it handles so well lmao its literally a sports lux car suspension, scaled up,, kinda,, scaled up all the way from the tires up,, albeit a suspension under a topheavy chassis
12:26 honestly the small lights r a problem when u focus the same (or actually more) "lighting up the road" light coming out of smaller and smaller shapes, those shapes r actually higher pressure to the observer, harder on the retina of oncoming traffic at night than lights that r more spread out i think they're cool for drl's and this pressure thing actually helps to distinguish in sunlight,, but it has no place in night lights or bright night lights bc of how much worse it is for oncoming traffic than a larger shape emitter

He said $1000 a year in tires. That’s probably just for the back two.
I looked up those tires $1845 for the set.
Where is the test drive location?

2:54 jfc thats an absolutely mental tire size holy sht
but suddenly it makes sense how it handles so well lmao

Never saw this coming... rather have a GT3. And no kid spit up and mc nuggets on the leather interior
Do we have E Active body control on the AMG GLS63?
Ideally you could have a fast SUV and a sportscar.
325 35 tires.. damn
14:20 any plans to go drive 10yo amg and m suv's and talk to owners ?
would love those fast blasts and info on ownershi;p
16:10 i love todd's plan here
Make the BMW Alpina XB7!
For the money, Escalade or AMG GLS 63?
This is worth two escalades
I take a Yukon Denali over this and lord over it size and capability wise, who wants to go fast in a big SUV?
Me
Of course you can, it's about affordability
