    I'm took out a pork roast that I cooked about a year ago. I flash froze it and see the juices and seasonings I cooked it in. I'm sure you instructed the cooking method that used. I can't wait to have dinner with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Thanks for all you do and for encouraging us to get a food saver machine..

      Right that's the gravy i wanted. Everyone does country gravy. Or light gravy. Nah. I need the real thing

    Yes I've got that roasting pan the whole three-piece set I really love cooking with it. I have the small pan medium and large pan.

    Chef I did the pre-made roux like you taught but it gets hard sitting in the fridge. Do you sit it out when you know you might need it and if so for how long?
