Vick Valdez exactly. Rich people are used to staying in fancy hotels when traveling and fly first class. Over time, you probably get used to living in that kind of home and it feels like “home.” I wouldn’t mind testing that theory with this one. 😏
the helicopter is relatively expensive but even with that, this is not a 94mill house. But I guess if you have 10 billion then 94 mill is a blip on the stock market, not worth the time to quibble over. If it's the only one, why not. The architecture doesn't wildly appeal to me though. Beautiful of course but there isn't really a room or location that draws me. The courtyard infinity pool with a view works somewhat of course but other than that, everything kinda feels like a store hallway or public bar. Not quite a home. Also you'd need a lot of life in it, otherwise it will feel like an extra hollow victory.
