Try tea tree oil. I wash my face, tone with witch hazel & then use tea tree oil after & vitamin e oil to moisturize. Rarely get pimples unless I’m about to start my period.

For breakouts like that try some sea breeze it deep cleans your pores , gives a little stinging sensation but nothing too harsh and it also shrinks the bumps. Or if you wanna go with something a little lighter go for which hazel it freshens up the skin without drying it out, I use both of these and afterwards my skin always feels refreshed and clean and i rarely have breakouts.
