- Together, we dive into the realm of the shadow self, that hidden aspect of our psyche often shrouded in a mysterious nightfall. However, we will soon come to uncover that the shadow self isn’t anything to be deemed negative or feared.
Sometimes we push parts of ourselves so far down that we forget about it, and it becomes like a shadow in our mind. It holds pieces of us that we may try to hide from ourselves or the world - parts we would rather not accept as a part of us.
The energy that this suppression creates is unstable, and it does not simply go away. It hides in harsh reactions, judgments, and insecurities. We can learn and grow so much when we give up the control over who we think we need to be.
Invite this journey as an opportunity for healing, growth, and integration. We can use these parts of ourselves as tools to understand how they influence our present thoughts and behaviour. This inner work profoundly affects and allows us to heal emotionally and let go of all that no longer serves us. Be ready for new insights, new life, new You to emerge. Can someone tell me why I was soaking wet with tears through this meditation all A sudden....like a switch was flipped😭😭😭 an my eyes still soaked but I feel like weight has lifted and happy in a sense.....???

I find these so soothing to fall asleep listening to. Why is it we are NOW getting verbal noisy adverts now during them, not just before the beginning which we accepted but during. Its
not one but one after the other. It really is often a noisy interupption that you have to press skip to go back to relaxation only for more later to disrupt our important meditation. Please can RUclips stop these during our important quiet relaxing meditation?
Love the Sound in the Beginning, can U use this more please . Your Guided Meditoations helped me often too fall asleep . 1 hour Versions would be great also . Longer Versions.
