Maria, thanks for this video. ❤ And yes I noticed the moment I stopped leaving a 12 hour gap between dinner and breakfast the next day my IBS problems got worse and I always woke up bloated. But yesterday I intentionally ate dinner earlier and I actually woke up not bloated which is great 😊

Maria, this was excellent… may I say you look slimmer.. I think changing the greens was clever because you get a variety of fruit and vegetables. Sitting while eating is easy for me, I never eat standing up. Adding various nuts. I have tea every morning..it is imperative for me. Anyway, as usual you have been really helpful. Thanks Maria..
