Actually you can beat the third phase of Edgy Bob but you're need to play it on Freeplay and spam.
If you play it on Story mode you actually can't win even you're spamming the keyboard and that's what makes this mod very interesting.

Fun Fact: It's actually possible on Easy and Normal. On Hard, it is actually impossible. Bob moves the arrows that you have to hit into the missing zone, as you can see at 1:42 slowed down. That makes this 100% Impossible.
(Edit) You can beat it in story mode and freeplay. It is a very low chance though.
