Cameroon Egusi pudding - How to make Egusi pudding in simple steps

- Hey Foodlovers!
Join us as we make this wonderful west African delicacy, Egusi Pudding.
For the ingredients, we will be using
400g Egusi (melon seeds)
1 medium size egg
150g smoked mackerel fish
1 maggi seasoning
1tsp salt
To start off, rinse the egusi and blend together with maggi and salt.
Halfway through the blending process, add the egg and blend until smooth.
Boil the fish for about 20minutes, time depends on how dry the fish is.
Transfer the blended mix in a bowl and add the boiled fish and the stir well.
Wrap in small bundles using aluminum foil.
Cook for about 35minutes
Serving with Miondo
Boil the miondo for 35minutes
Peel and serve
