The best trick to move emotions is to feel the conflict caused by what bothers you, repeatedly feeling the sensations of conflict until they dissipate, allowing the spontanous non-verbal release of emotional charge by the autonomous nervous system, such as, by crying, moaning, screaming, movements, accelerated breathing, etc.

This is not RUOW teachings/educations. This is an inspirational teaching. The Will is the magnetic force of Spirit Electric force which create the Electro-Magnetic force expressed through our emotions in Body and Heart. The Will is Feelings to the Manifested Experience. Thomas Edison was a liar!
