Basic Calisthenics should be promoted in schools and universities as part of Physical Education. Maganda sya for fitness to give upper overall body strength lalo na yung core muscles. Most kasi sa ng Physical Education natin old school na like Folk Dancing, Basketball, Badminton,. ok lang naman yun but introduce sa mga estudyante yung proper fitness.
kaya kasi ganun ang program sa schools kasi basic sports nga lang ay exhausting na tapos ang next na subj ng student major subject, mawawala sa focus dahil pagod sila. ang mga ganitong bagay students na ang bahala maglaan ng oras nila during free time nila.
