Very true. Im 13 years old and i had done a lot of research before buying this product. I have combination skin. When i used it,my face felt very dull and oily and it gave me a lot of breakouts. I have dry, sensitive skin and I used Himalaya Neem facewash and it made my skin dry, flaky, itchy within a week. It worked quite well for few days. It is harsh for sensitive skin. Liquid Neutrogena pure mild cleanser and Cetaphil gentle cleanser are the recommended by my derma and I am using it since 3 years now. ( Please make video on mild facial cleansers) . Namaste sister, u didn't recommended few products of mamaearth in ur another video saying that it is not working but the ingredients used in that products are not harmful, I personally don't know much about skincare but I searched the reality of that ingredients especially which was used in skin illuminate face serum but I didn't find any harsh chemicals, maybe u can get the result late due to the usage of less chemicals unlike other high branded products like loreal , am just an common man, am not supporting or against mama earth, moreover I cannot buy such goods often, can u pls say me any alternative to that above said serum which is chemical free & cost effective ? I'm giving my personal opinion here... Do not ever use the Himalaya neem facewash... I have combination skin... This face wash observes all the hydration from your skin and u will feel your skin so dry and dehydrated after use it.. Specially dry skin people don't even think of buying it...
I am sorry about your case. Every skin is different. I have acne prone skin I am usually worried about using acne prone facewashes coz it dries out the skin but surprisingly Himalaya didn't. I know it is not completely chemical free but it suits my skin and doesn't leave it dry instead it feels more hydrated and I don't feel the need to apply moisturizer or anything after it.

I have combination skin....earlier I had no accne problems but since 2years I have been facing accne problems only in summer and recently observed a few breakouts on my face...in summer I generally use the Himalayan neem face wash..but in winter my skin gets dried while using it.
