3 cold panic attack showers because for some stuff is not changing it’s not my perception or anything I’ve done I am tired or exhausted with tortures I’ve been abused n I’ve lived n smiled n served humanity with all my heart and there is still no sigh of justice it hurts when yall say that no one is coming to help us … I just cried like a baby in the shower n vomited while crying im out now to help my daughter play with new toys i got her and i know she heard my wailing some of us have been tortured to no end and it’s still going on. I been trying to get help from birth and I been a good and perfect soul to everyone yet im still suffering what they carelessly do to me and nothing is reversed. My soul n my heart is clean but come on like I don’t think yall understand im keeping the light holding the light but in the shower feeling broken while I still hold the light. Everyone that seen me n my daughter in her fairy wings smiling n skipping with me smiled while not knowing how torn my soul is when can I breathe when? Im so tired of pain that I must deal with that I didn’t cause n therapy is no place for justice its fake fake fake still allowing perpetrators to cause harm and skip along while those they harm stay stuck in the rut they cause and when it’s been groups of people and agencies taking advantage of your pain not helping after 44 years how much more torture, no it’s not my thinking it’s not because I reside on the light n have kept my soul pure while it’s being attacked n there is no recourse. Its too much how can you guys keep saying that harmful line of no one is coming to help you while our hearts are beyond broken n we’re still here with the shreds of it fighting for the light. It’s more than just money now like how much worse before this is over I’m feeling like chopped n screwed and still striving. Sleep is the only safety I seem to have. If yall are not looking at us individually n more collectively that is not going to work these circumstances some of us have are unbearable. The only thing we can do is sleep and take whatever happens but any attempt for recourse or justice is met with simply ignoring us or telling us about some stupid breathing exercise … yea breath deeply as you see families STILL BEING THROWN TO THE DIRT n children still not able to break away from harmers and while. I cannot sit here n fake love n light we are drowning and yall say no one is coming to help we must do it we been doing it??!! I BEEN DOING IT and I’m in shreds over it. Im not being negative or pessimistic, i may have to have another shower idk. I try not to complain at all at all but seriously nothing is being learned by all this human disgrace n torture except that the universe allows it n we still don’t have the magic code or crystal to fully heal it .. Mira, I have not been barefoot on the grass where I live in a long time. When I first heard you say do yoga asana on the grass in another video, I agreed it would help me. You were correct, as I thought you were the first time. I did a mountain pose (tadasana) on the grass just now. I feel a lot better. 3 cold panic attack showers because for some stuff is not changing it’s not my perception or anything I’ve done I am tired or exhausted with tortures I’ve been abused n I’ve lived n smiled n served humanity with all my heart and there is still no sigh of justice it hurts when yall say that no one is coming to help us … I just cried like a baby in the shower n vomited while crying im out now to help my daughter play with new toys i got her and i know she heard my wailing some of us have been tortured to no end and it’s still going on. I been trying to get help from birth and I been a good and perfect soul to everyone yet im still suffering what they carelessly do to me and nothing is reversed. My soul n my heart is clean but come on like I don’t think yall understand im keeping the light holding the light but in the shower feeling broken while I still hold the light. Everyone that seen me n my daughter in her fairy wings smiling n skipping with me smiled while not knowing how torn my soul is when can I breathe when? Im so tired of pain that I must deal with that I didn’t cause n therapy is no place for justice its fake fake fake still allowing perpetrators to cause harm and skip along while those they harm stay stuck in the rut they cause and when it’s been groups of people and agencies taking advantage of your pain not helping after 44 years how much more torture, no it’s not my thinking it’s not because I reside on the light n have kept my soul pure while it’s being attacked n there is no recourse. Its too much how can you guys keep saying that harmful line of no one is coming to help you while our hearts are beyond broken n we’re still here with the shreds of it fighting for the light. Everywhere I go I bring joy I see that , n I’m called strong if people know my situation… I am not here to be strong through constant torture barely even having a light to shine because I’m exhausted. Please stop saying that no one is here to help or save us because when I’m in the shower panicking trying to be ok that is what I hear and I don’t get it. We are down here having our souls torched some of us so please find another way. That statement haunts me when I’m wanting to reach yall for help n it makes me cry. My parents said that to me after they would physically harm me to the point of wailing for any kind of help. That’s what I hear when you guys say it and it feels like how can you see me n know me if your saying stuff like that to those of us here still striving with the last shreds we have, it’s sounds crazy n like another round of pain being inacted. I’m so tired. All I’ve ever been is this light in a storm that keeps working and doesn’t get any relief at all. Relief is not safe because torture is always abound and it is rapmpant for those of us powerless to it. It’s more than just money now like how much worse before this is over I’m feeling like chopped n screwed and still striving. Sleep is the only safety I seem to have. If yall are not looking at us individually n more collectively that is not going to work these circumstances some of us have are unbearable. The only thing we can do is sleep and take whatever happens but any attempt for recourse or justice is met with simply ignoring us or telling us about some stupid breathing exercise … yea breath deeply as you see families STILL BEING THROWN TO THE DIRT n children still not able to break away from harmers and while. I cannot sit here n fake love n light we are drowning and yall say no one is coming to help we must do it we been doing it??!! I BEEN DOING IT and I’m in shreds over it. Im not being negative or pessimistic, i may have to have another shower idk. I try not to complain at all at all but seriously nothing is being learned by all this human disgrace n torture except that the universe allows it n we still don’t have the magic code or crystal to fully heal it .. Mira, I have not been barefoot on the grass where I live in a long time. When I first heard you say do yoga asana on the grass in another video, I agreed it would help me. You were correct, as I thought you were the first time. I did a mountain pose (tadasana) on the grass just now. I feel a lot better. Thank you for your advice, you were correct, as I thought you were. I usually do yoga inside...I will know this trick for later in life when I need it.
