      What are you two talking about ?! What she said she wasn't driving ...? Do you two know the difference between a guilty , not guilty , & no contest plea ...? Not for a split second did neither of you consider that might be the reason she said she wasn't driving ...

    • @AC-ss5oy

      she really did. I thought Judge Boyd was gonna send her to jail.

    • @SlavaSokiryavyy
      @SlavaSokiryavyy 5 дней назад

      @@AC-ss5oy she pleaded "no Contest" she never pleaded "guilty" look up what a no contest plea is ... Where you don't admit guilt but agree that the prosecution has enough evidence that if you want to trial you could get convicted but the first part where part of that no contest does she doesn't admit guilt but the judge proceeds to ask questions as of she pleaded guilty that's probably the part that confused her because when I first heard that I was even like wait she just pleaded no contest how is she admitting to it right now

    I love how Judge Boyd nailed her for her sob story about her child with special needs and running a business, when she’s living with her parents and her parents are likely caring for those children more than she does. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

      It likely factored into her final fine and community service. Assuming she worked 40 hours a week, that is an entire month of community service, otherwise she gets hit with the deferred prison sentence which is likely to be 6 months to a year. I agree it was a bit of a mic take to no contest then claim she wasn't driving (when no contest is basically the same as guilty) when she had already forefit the case. But I don't think the judge let her off; but rather firmly pushed back that she wasn't anywhere near as virtuous as her lawyer made her out to be and that she only got that deal expressively because of her plea.

I bet her mom paid her way through college and everything so she has no reason to judge and just because no one wants you or wants to have kids with you doesn’t mean you can go around treating other moms like crap because you can’t be one 🤦🏼‍♀️

    • @chrisorme9168

      My understanding… no contest is not admitting guilt but it is also not contesting complete innocence. “Obviously something happened but it’s not something terrible like murder. I accept whatever fees or punishment.”
      The judge still has to find out if the defendant has any remorse, if they learned some kind of lesson, or if this was just an accident that needs to be documented.
      “I wasn’t driving” doesn’t really follow the “stressed and overworked mother” angle the lawyer was working toward.
      I’m surprised no contest is even an option for fleeing from police.

    Dude, you’re literally going 40 miles above the limit. You’re literally speeding in a residential area. Anything under 45 is residential really come on. On highways usually they’re 55 to 65 miles an hour as soon as you get down to maybe further down the highway can be 70 but that’s different once you exit the highway any town or city or a neighborhood literally under 45 or 40 mph is residential like have some common sense now you’re literally speeding in a neighborhood.

  • @bugsm6108

    So it's basically its all Eduardo Ramirez fault. The true crime here is its not him in front of the judge. He MADE her do it basically.

    • @Trouble-Clef
      @Trouble-Clef 10 дней назад

      Who said it was his fault? The judge didn’t. She told her to stay away from him because she’s not raising her own kids and gets herself into trouble when with him.

  • @SlavaSokiryavyy
    @SlavaSokiryavyy 7 дней назад +1

    Everyone's commenting how she lied and stuff but NOT ONE person is considering the fact she's pleading "No Contest" meaning she's not admitting guilt but agreeing there's enough evidence that if she went to trial she'd be convicted & not one of you big brained , five law school graduates considered that that played a role in her answering that way that she wasn't driving ?!

    • @chrisorme9168
      @chrisorme9168 5 дней назад

      “I wasn’t driving” is still such a crazy response. I don’t think the lawyer even expected it. “I wasn’t speeding” would have been a little better.
      Like, it was fleeing from cops at 80 miles an hour. There are going to be witnesses and camera…

    • @SlavaSokiryavyy
      @SlavaSokiryavyy 5 дней назад

      @chrisorme9168 I'm not arguing that part , yeah it's eff'd but she pleaded "No Contest" which means she doesn't admit guilt but agrees that the prosecution has enough evidence that if they did go to trials should get convicted .. but the first part where she doesn't admit guilt and pleads no contest instead of guilty
