This was really great Harvey. I've been looking into starting my own newsletter for months and this video has been invaluable (so many other videos pull you in with big claims in the thumbnails, but then the info is just so generic). I really appreciate you going through how to determine the price of a niche as well ! (again, something I was trying to find info on, but couldn't). Wish you continued success and great video :)

1: you say “generates around 40k worth of orders each month” does this mean that you’re receiving a % of the total 40k orders or it’s 40k revenue into your bank?

Seconded - more detail on the lead magnet process and how you balance cost to acquire a lead and long term value. I.e you spend 40k to get 10k subscribers at $1 CTR and 25% form/subscriber conversion. Any views on how you approach this would be appreciated

Everybody and you are using the term ‚niche‘ wrongly! Truth is you don‘t need a niche at all to write a newsletter. What you are talking about are areas of interest, markets or industries. A niche however is a tiny subset of a market that is underserved, has low to now competition and is highly profitable. You have to do a fair bit of research in order to determine if there is a market that meets these criteria. However this is not required at all to start writing a newsletter about it!
