Follow you since you bought the Street Triple.... and I have a Teneré 700 Rally, own it for a year and 30.000km, you won´t regret, it´s the best bike I´ve ever owned by far. Congratulations, so happy for your choice.
I love getting new bikes! Your new Tenere looks alot better then I thought it was going to look like. Not bad at all. Good luck mate! You'll get many years of adventuring. But you have to stop looking at that BMW 😄😄😍🤑👍
I cannot wait to see the pics and hear your opinions! You will have one of the very first on the road too. You may get lucky but I believe there are delays on delivery to most manufacturers
Good Choice, had the same combo as you earlier in the year, sold the RS but still enjoying the Tenere after 6 months, just keep an eye on corrosion, (spokes and under tank mainly). Awesome do it all bike, great engine, stiffen up the suspension a bit and it actually makes a great bike for the twisties, seat took a few thousand miles to be comfy for me but its perfect now. I even have the black widow slip on which sounds great. Enjoy!
Nice thanks for sharing will keep ontop of protection. As for suspension I find the forks a little too hard but the rear is OK. Need to set sag I think too
You look so happy man that you put a smile on my face. I'm getting exactly the same bike this week from my local Yamaha dealer, let's ride happilly and safe :D
Yes, a beautiful machine. A choice of win-win for everybody involved :) Black widow cannon will make the inline 2/270 grunt like a V-twin Chopper. Sounds addictive..
I have a full decat system on one of my bikes with a 270 crankshaft and it transformed the experience to the next level :) .. but you know that well based upon your Street RS..
@@BikesofRye I bought an MT 07 and MT 125 from them and then bought the Street triple from Wellingborough. I felt really guilty so bought all new leathers, helmet and Bluetooth the next day from them. I’ve had two flat tyres and they’ve helped out on the same day with both and will bend over backwards to make sure I’m on the road safe and enjoying the ride. 👌🏻
@@BikesofRye nothing at the moment got my eye on a couple 390 adventure/700 tenere need something to get to work on and bod around at the weekend had to sell all my toys to buy a house
Congrats on the new ride. Just so you are aware the sales guy was incorrect, the ABS can't be switched on the fly. Bike must be stopped. Ride it like you stole it, have fun.
@@BikesofRye yes sorry about that. Two minutes into the video you mention this. I was fooled by the last ride on the striple you had made a few days back
@@BikesofRye I live in London, just got my A license 27 years old getting quotes on a mt-07 or cb600r around 2/3k a year. For something I’m using for fun and mainly for summer that doesn’t make sense
Congrats Sir. What a great bike set up mate! STR 765rs and Tenere 👌🏽 you can’t go wrong with a duo like this.
Thanks and yes it gives me so much flexibility!
Tenere!!!! I never would have guessed. But very well reviewed!! Looking forward to T7 content. Congratulations!!
Thanks! I thought not everyone would appreciate it bit seems to have been received well. Plenty of content coming too. Cheers
Congratulations mate, you won’t feel guilty of riding this bike in all sorts of weather unlike the triumph
Thanks and exactly this! Though I will likely avoid riding it when the gritters are out which I thinks fair
Good on you mate! Have fun!
Thanks 😁
Yes now! Congrats!
Yes 😎
Woods, what a surprise
Tenere 700, cool
Congrats mate
Thanks 😁

I just wish I could get the Speed Triple RR a month sooner like your Yamaha. The sooner the better with the new Tiger 1200 coming. 😉

@@BikesofRye team racing of course Red White 😊
Awesome bike, if i could have 2 bikes these 2 would be on the list. Congrats and enjoy all year round riding.
I think it makes logical sense. Gives you a great choice depending on weather and what you fancy doing

Couldn't do it without her
Congratulations Rye.
Ride safe, Ride dusty.
Now That's a mature purchase ✌️
Thanks Shivam ✌🏼
Congratulations mate, lovely bike and will sound awesome with the Black widow. Enjoy.
Thanks! Need to get shot of those euro5 restrictions so yes a full exhaust system will go down a treat 😁
Simply best of both worlds, how long it take to get it..?! Congrats,.. Now, more adventures, ride safe and keep distance..
Thanks yep it gives me flexibility! Erm it was roughly 7 weeks
Nice bike…. Congratulations 👍
I drove Triumph for many years. Last year I bought the Yamaha T7. I’m still very happy with it.
Thank you! Which colour did you go for?
Great video congratulations 🎊 have fun on your new bike and stay safe 🇬🇧👍
Appreciate that Richard thank you
One of the best dealers around Flitwick Yamaha. Look forward to seeing your off road vids 👍🏻
Highly rated have had the best customer experience there without a doubt

What a great bike to partner up the striple 👍🏻
I think it makes sense 😇
Love it, decent bike that, perfect for what you want it for and no fussy electrical crap
It's back to basics and raw and I respect it for that
Very nice bike fancy one of these myself
Thanks - what are you riding currently?

Nice job
wow that was unexpected lol congrats!!
Haha I suspected it would be. Thanks!
Gonna miss the rs videos :'k
Sorry to hear that! I may chop one up of the best bits at some point and who knows. I may even be lucky enough to keep it
Nice...what made you choose the yamaha over other adv bikes?
It provides basic thrills, looks so cool and is significantly cheaper. Also has a brilliant super reliable engine
So wait you’ve sold the striple for the tenere? Or did I miss something
The Tenere is a second bike for me. Still have the 765rs
@@BikesofRye yes sorry about that. Two minutes into the video you mention this. I was fooled by the last ride on the striple you had made a few days back
R7 is insurance friendly for young riders? Please direct me to these friendly insurance companies..
Well it's 74bhp and or you can get an A2 restricted model? Unless you live in London I would be surprised if insurance was unrealistic
