This is the best version of this song. In our teenage years it was one of our "smoochy" songs and has remained so over the years. Gary Brooker was in his early 60's here and never sounded better - his vocals were insanely good. You also reacted to Bobby Hatfield singing Unchained Melody, which is another of those all time iconic classics - If you have time, will you please check out Lucy Thomas covering both of these songs, (Unchained Melody and Whiter Shade of Pale) - she is definitely one of the great upcoming vocalists in the world right now - I think you will like.
