This one's a local gem folks!
Poppin Tops is a black diamond trail in the Raging River system just outside of Issaquah, Washington (closer to North Bend and Snoqualmie really, but who really wants to pump real-estate prices much higher...). Anyyyyyhow, Poppin Tops upper and Poppin Tops lower are incredible flow trails that offer a super fun ride.
Earn your turns by heading on Upward Mobility up to Stan's Overlook and then head on down. If you want to pedal a bit further on up to PT (physical therapy), CCDH, or even No Service - that's an option to, just head back up Raging Tiger climb trail and on down Poppin Tops on your way back to the car.

@@ClaireJencks less that 2" of snow from lower poppin tops down. Super fun ride. Trail is mostly clear from middle upper flowstate down.

Can't wait to ride once it warms up a little more, guaranteed snow up there now I bet as Christmas snow weekend approaches. I've gotten a lot better since I started this spring and think I'm ready to try this.

As far as the bike goes. How do you like the enduro ~170 for riding everyday vs. the trail bike ~150. Asking for a friend? ;)
Thanks! For the style and level of riding I like best the enduro takes the cake over the 150. I don’t mind climbing and this bike does it well, and on the downs I find myself using every bit of travel. When I was on a 150 trail bike I was undergunned on my favorite trails (PT, no service, predator).
Looks like you rode this recently, so no change or improvement. But thanks for pointing out Evergreen MTB group as this trail and others really need some maintenance!
I believe there was a work party on this in the last week before the snow came - some of those corners should be less pitted out :)
