Though I have watched several versions of L'ELISIR D'AMORE, I assure you this is the best.
Why? So luxury casts were and will be impossible.
Voice of Kathleen Battle is as superb as an angel. Pavarotti had played Nemorino many times. And it is wonderful that the veteran comedian, Enzo D`ara played Dr Dulcamara.
The quality of picture is not satisfied.
