The boxing fan base is actually embarrassing these days, throwing the word “robbery” around everytime their favourite fighter loses. When it’s a CLOSE fight you can’t use the word robbery ffs 🤦♂️. Cordina was landing the more eye catching shots and Vazquez was visibly hurt a couple times. Cordina is the champion so a close fight will typically go in the champs favour. That’s just how it is. Vazquez was robbed in his fight against Raymond Ford, but this was not the same thing. Anyone who uses the word “robbery” after a close fight is a casual. End of story.

Yes this was a close fight (I personally thought it could've went either way) but you've to look at this fight for what it is. This guy Vazquez is a tiny 130 lber who Cordina dwarfed in size. He also has no power with only 3 KO's. This Cordina guy is going to be FOOD for Naverette and Foster heck I think even Valdez beats him. Cordina got no chance if he were to go up and fight 135, he probably has no chance against most names in 130, the amount of times he got his head wobbled shows he isnt exactly a world class boxer, i mean, hes good, but isnt on the level of most of the other guys. All Vazquez had to do was stay out of Cordinas jab and it would have probably went his way. Im telling you, Cordina met his match with Vazquez, and the other guys are even more levels ahead... @toyinosi let me try and explain it to you simply. I am saying that two judges conviniently scoring the fight the exact same wide distance is likely corruption, likely eddies brown envelope. The fight was so close that even eddie admitted the score cards were too wide, and that doesnt mean he didnt pay them off because he's not going to get on the mic after a decisively close fight and say otherwise, is he? Just look at the comments on this video or anywhere else and anyone clearly agrees the score card was too wide. So the question is, why did those two judges score it exaclty the same wide distance? Do you understand or should I simplify further?
