When we went to visit my Grandma Susie, my Daddy's Mom in Mississippi in the early 70's. There was a sign "Whites Only" for a Swimming Pool, so give it 50-60yrs but I feel you. As far as the little kid is concerned that is something he'll grow out of. Something about the way he said made me think it was more like "ugh he gotta booger in his nose", I'm hoping. But my Blackness has been questioned all of my life, especially when I said I hadn't seen "The Wiz" and "Harlem Nights". So its a lot✌✌✌✌✌
It just illustrates how stupid and unhelpful the idea of 'race' really is. You look the way you do because you inherited traits from your parents. Thats it, end of story. There is no 'race' that you are a member of. You're a human being and your skin tone is like that because some of your parents etc had similar skin tones. Your nose looks like that because some of your parents etc had that nose. Your hair is like that because it came from your parents. You are not 'black', you are not 'african american' you are a human being. Don't let racists divide us. They invented racism to turn people against each other.
Had some friends take a trip for a fighting game tournament, went back and forth with a women who didn't stop talking about black issues. Everyone in the car was black and familiar with the topics, but when they got back, one of the guys stated how she made being black being lame. The fact thats all she spoke about while they went for FUN to a gaming tournament just saddens me...
I am a black woman who recently cut off my black friend because she said something very racist about a white friend of mine. I had only known this black friend for about 2 months but she thought it was okay to trash my friend of 5 years based on her race. She was so shocked and offended when I confronted her about it. In her head she thinks she did nothing wrong. And she also thought I was automatically gonna take her side. NOPE. Sorry sis, I actually use my brain and think for myself.
Bro thank you. Frl. I’m getting so confused cause if a black person insult me for my skin color which is surprisingly often, I can’t say shit. If I get insulted on my skin and I can’t retaliate, who’s oppressed now? I’m pushing it too far I know but I’m so done with my opinion being laughed at cause I’m a “young white woman” as if I’ve never felt any hardships. We need more black peps like you who speak up against this “hate white people” trend. Sorry I’m just starting to feel like I can’t have a space in my own country because I’m white. I would lose my job if I said the same shit some people say about white people.

@@sophiacalon3463 I’m so sorry about your experience. Unfortunately it has become a norm and even though not all black people agree with this new form of bullying a lot of others think they are justified and when we try to say something about it we are vilified and called raccoons and all kinds of things. You know how it is with mob mentality. For example the first person who responded to my comment thinks that I couldn’t possibly be black. It’s just ridiculous. And again, sorry you have to go through that. But I do find that people who insult others for their skin color are just projecting their internal issues. It has nothing to do with you. They are just hurting and feeling inferior. Misery absolutely loves company.
I hate it when the black kids at my school can call me (I'm Hispanic) a wall Hopper, taco eater, you get the idea but the moment I say something back. It's racist. I'm so grateful you made this video. Racism is Racism. Doesn't matter who you are
I went to very diverse schools. Never saw anyone be racist to a black person in school. Saw a black person being racist to myself or others on a regular basis, though.
I was the only white kid in my class (live very close to the border) pretty much all of elementary and middle school and most of high school, I was called a nazi because I'm also blonde. I never did anything about it because I knew how it would go for me in the end until my sophomore year. A kid wrote a swastika and the word nazi super big on my backpack while I went to the bathroom. I used that same backpack to blindside him in the back of head when I got back. Best week long vacation in my life
Me and my husband are both white and his best friend is black. When my husbands best friend got engaged, we were both so exicted for him and couldnt wait to attend the wedding. About a month before the wedding, he told us we shouldnt go. My husband was heartbroken... and after grilling his best friend a bit why not, he finally confessed it was because his family didnt feel comfortable having white ppl at the wedding. Its so sad that we are still at a place where race is priority over all else.
I'm a white women whose best friend is black. I've been to many functions where its just her all-black family and me. They have always welcomed me with open arms and said I'm part of the family. It's sad that this isn't the experience for everybody.
There is a difference between bias, bigotry, and racism. Racism is a caste system construct used to allocate resources and power. Black people can be biased, and bigoted but we cannot institutionally enforce that bias against any other group. There is only one group who can enforce or exert their authority over other groups based on race
That isn't true racism isn't abt just saying something prejudiced or discriminatory it's abt an institutionalized form of power over others blacks have nothing over whites so this is nonsense
God doesn’t hate you and neither do I. This world needs love it is so bedeviled and blinded by satan it has been since Jesus’ time. This world needs to change the devil is literally taking out two birds with one stone and that stone is the skin color crisis than we all can’t drop and see the beauty in all cultures and treat each other better. We always one up each other and it’s not good to continue doing this slavery was not right and hating people for another’s mistakes isn’t right either.
7:53 racism is towards every race. That’s why it’s called racism. It’s not called whitism or blackism cause it could be towards white people, black people, red people, etc..
Nah, white people go through prejudice not racism. Edit: White people created racism to make themselves hold the power, be the superior & "better" race then to the race that is inferior. White people can indeed face stereotypical insults based on their skin color and hence enco-unter racial prejudice. But this cannot be called racism. Because of the inherent systemic imbalance of power between those with lighter skin color and of people with color (POC) White people are basically immune to the term racism since it empowered them. They had the hope, they were the ones that created two N slurs, C slurs, B slurs, etc…. They used racism for their own power & it still happens today but they’re less opened about their racism because the internet exists and people can ruin their lives easily, obviously. Also what slurs or stereotypes would damage white peoples lives so much? White people will always have that privilege and power Yea, there were white slaves, but the thing is, they have no slurs based on their color, they haven't been killed for 100 of years, they don't have- stereotypes against them, y'all haven't been discriminated and killed for years like how POC did. Any stereotypes of a white person is just racial prejudice. Also there are many good reasons why POC hates white people, it’s not because of them … it’s because of the things they do and say. I will always have a problem with (rich) white people personally 🤷🏽♀️ www.aclrc.com/myth-of-reverse-racism
I love that it constantly goes to “because who was enslaved?!” the entire world has been enslaved, I am Slavic. Literally the ethnicity that gave slavery it’s name. How is it even necessary that this needs to be said, YOU. DO. NOT. OWN. SLAVERY.
And when it’s black people outside of America bringing up slavery/oppression too… You have as much right to speak on black Americans experiences as any white person (inside or outside of America). You are different. Different. You have waaaaaaaay less in common with black slaves, and black elders in the US, than their own grandkids/ancestors do. You have as much in common with them, than any white person, you speak down to about it.
This! I am Finnish and my ancestors have been slaved for centuries in past. Our ancestors skulls were also transported to Sweden to study how our skulls were different from theirs so we must have been so much of a lesser race. We are just now getting them back and this was not even that far ago. And so much more. But what can I say about racism and enslavement because my skin is pale white 🙄😂
I'm Dutch with Roma (gypsy) ancestry. As a kid at school, I looked at history books to see people with my skin color being transported to a literal genocide when slavery was already abolished, yet most of my heritage is white and I identify as such. These idiots seriously need to step outside of their afrocentrist echochambers.
This is what happens when schools teach ideology rather than history. They don't know the entire world was enslaved, don't know every race has been enslaved, don't know it was other Africans that sold their ancestors. Instead they believe only black people were enslaved and that it was the fault of white people alone. No wonder they feel such hatred.
It is really sad, if Martin Luther King Jr were alive today, he would be so ashamed of the people that think that way. His dream was for society to only judge someone not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. He never wanted people of color to turn around and judge all white people, not by their own actions or character but only for the sins of the past that we didn't have a thing to do with. Black people weren't the only people in history that were enslaved, so that argument is ridiculous as to why people of color can't be racist towards white people. I wish I could take a time machine back to a time before society totally lost their minds.
That always trips me up too......black people weren't and aren't the only race that has been enslaved. Everyone probably has both, the enslaved and those who benefited from slavery somewhere in their bloodline, at some point and history and the narrative just pretty much skips over this and tries to brush it under the rug......which to me makes it clear that there's more to this, there's a narrative that they want us to believe......I believe this all comes from the top down purposely to keep the people divided and to stop us from uniting against the true monsters.....the 1% that causes the whole world to suffer, who are also the same ones promoting racial division as well as many other "narratives" and campaigns against us, the people.......
@@manderly109 because it's not better than saying colored people, and it lumps together every single non white person based solely on skin color. Its high key liberal racism.

"white people don't experience poverty".... tell that to my childhood self. right to my face. The only time I really got to experience living nicely was when I went over to friends houses and a family friends house, they were all black! One of them even had a big home movie theater, it was great. They were lovely people and living wonderfully, they didn't let their skin color rule their life.
You know what I don't like about the black community? It's the Victim/abuser mentality. That's what I can't stand. Black community will be the abuser and then when someone non black retaliated then they snap into Victim mode. I can't stand that for the life of me. I hate their hypocrisy too. That whole Disney Mermaid fiasco showed me the sheer hypocrisy. Same with the Cleopatrah Netflix. They scream about racism and whitewashing but in the same breath praise blackwashing. It's mind boggling. I too was bullied and called terrible nanes just for marrying a Ukrainian man. Being caked a bed wench and a traitor. Just cause I'm a black woman. I've been called and coon and not acting black. Ive been getting really sick and tired. That's why sometimes I need to see black people like you and amala ekpunobi to keep me fully grounded and not be fully over and done with the Black community. It's refreshing to know im not the only one that think these things. So thank you.
Can we go back to the 90’s where most of us didn’t even pay attention to race at all. When we all just flocked towards people who shared a common interest and didn’t care what race they are. Sheesh this whole racism era is getting really old really fast.

Of course they stop it once I let them know I'm part Cherokee or that I'm Bi. Funny how once you let people know you're part of a group that isn't the one they hate they just kind of stop... It's sad really.
Something needs to happen. At least youre aware of it. Its amazing how many white men feel like they have to scream harder then anyone that they are not being discriminated against, when its obvious they are.
I hardly ever leave my home either now .. their hate, anger and aggression is everywhere... At 57 I I'm now a prisoner in my home just to stay away from them... I saw an autistic, white cashier get arrested at the dollar store basically because a black guy said he threatened him and I'm certain he's not capable of that. They didn't ask for his side of the story, they wouldn't talk to other people there for their view on it, they put him in cuffs and threw him to the ground. He lost his glasses. He told them, "I'm autistic! I'm having a sensory overload! Why can't we talk about this?" "We're not here to talk." When he came back to work, I asked him how he was. They said multiple times they'd give him his glasses back and they never did. HE COULDN'T SEE FOR HOURS. They told him to sign something, he tries to read it WITHOUT HIS GLASSES, and they took it from him. According to him, he parked his car the other guy basically gave him Hell for it and he kept saying things like, "I don't know what you think you're doing but you're messing with the wrong guy..." and would walk towards him to the point he had to defend himself. This guy is one of the nicest people at that store and I don't think he'll ever get over the trauma they inflicted on him. My heart breaks for that guy, he didn't deserve any of that.
It was worse than that too. I recently asked him if I could share things so long as I didn't mention where he worked or his name and he was ok with that. He broke down crying. But the worst part was when a cop said to him, "we're not your mother and we aren't a babysitting service..." "YOU THINK I DON'T KNOW THAT?!?!" I'm not (and as far as I'm aware neither is he) against the police, but that was just sick and humiliating. How they let people like that be officers is beyond me. They took his shoes and he was in his socks the entire time he was in a cell. According to his mom (as he couldn't see himself), when she picked him up, he was shaking in a way she's never seen him before. I think he's about to quit that job. It doesn't seem like that they've tried to help him combat this and he isn't getting the hours he used to. Sad really, he's worked there a good 6 years I think.
@@White_Tiger-777 unfortunately the police unions are strong here. If he were black, there probably would have been an investigation into this. That’s why you invented slavery.” I was just flabbergasted and insulted that someone thought that because I’m white, I’m a bad person. Edit: Tysm for the likes
Damn they don’t even know history, slavery was first seen in Mesopotamia and many slaves where people from land conquered. The American slave trade was even better in history (sarcasm) as slaves where bought by white men from black men for things such as mirrors. White people where also enslaved all the time in history and in the US white Europeans such as Italians where treated far worse then black people with a major linching having been done to Italians. We’ve all experienced racism and have all been enslaved at some point in history, Americans(even me) should just be greatful we don’t have slavery anymore like many African countries still do today
They are holding those sentiments from their parents who got it from their parents... It's absolutely messed up that they acted that way. Slavery has been everywhere by every culture. Women in Lebanon are still taken as slaves. What are these people on and want why do they want to be victims? My oldest was treated horribly by other natives because she is mixed, they called her half breed. Slave is literally named after white people in chains ( the Slavs ), which began over 800 years before blacks left Africa to the Americas. The N words are literally the words for black in Spanish. The man who fought in court to get slavery legalized in US history was a black man, Anthony Johnson 1655. History as you know it has been corrupted. The "White" people who owned/ran the trans-Atlantic slave trade, owned all of the auction houses, banks, and made up 67% of slave masters in US history were NOT European.
And the thing is, white people didn't even started it. Africans themselves started the slave trade and sold them to Europeans. Heck even ancient Egypt had slaves in them

She'd ask "who was enslaved?", and a Slavic person coud very honestly and proudly answer "my people". Actually, in Russian Empire most peasants were enslaved up until 1861, it's only 4 years prior to the abolition in the USA. I'd like to see her make another argument after that.
This past weekend at work this woman on her phone was implying to her friend that I was racist cuz I quickly looked over the $20 bill she handed me. It’s just a part of my job, and I’ve been doing it with every bill over $5 I receive because I’ve gotten counterfeits as small as $10. It upset me to be accused of such a horrible thing, but also it just really saddened me that this young woman goes through life thinking like that.
I used to work at a restaurant. A woman came in and before placing her order, looked around, and goes “Yall need some more diversity on this team.” Not that she bothered to consider we had a completely diverse kitchen staff that she couldn’t see (including someone from Albania). After trying to appease her with our useless conversation, she decides she wants to make this known to our manager. He comes up and hears the same thing I did. His response, “Well, we can’t hire them if they don’t apply.” Me: 😲
It’s also stupid to assume that you should hire someone just because they’re a minority. You hire people based on their skills and if they’re a good fit for the job regardless of race, not because you need diversity
I feel this way about ballet. Created in Italy, flourished in France, Russia, eventually America. No black ballerinas in history because, well…Europe! American dancers began changing that. But Misty Copeland rails against the lack of diversity (as if a huge number of black dancers are seeking to be professional ballerinas) & like she’s just fighting racism to be a world famous ballerina 🙄 she’s insufferable. But enjoyable to watch as a dancer. But me, as a white hip hop dancer my whole life & choreographer and teacher, I’m culturally appropriating. Even though it’s been a huge part of who i am since the early 80s.

I saw this fascinating documentary on PBS 20+ years ago where they had 20 black ppl volunteer to do a DNA ancestry test (Chris Rock was one of them) and it turned out all of them had 15% or more Northern European ancestry. They all thought they were 100% African and they were all shocked.
Having ancestry from how ever many centuries ago doesn't make you white if your parents and grandparents were all black. 15%, not that that's even how DNA works, matters not at all.
When I see TikToks like these I get angry, not because I’m offended or anything, but because of how widespread it’s become and how it’s accepted by so many people. It has already started infiltrating institutions, including education and universities, and now it’s becoming more common in _Europe_ ! I’m just waiting for the pendulum to swing back the other way, but who knows how much damage will be done before then.
No, we don't need the pendulum to be swinging the other way. We need it to be swinging in the middle, always. It needs to swing calm and steady and balanced. There are no different human races. Our species is simply just a species. There are different ethnicitys, yes. But there's only one "race". And that's the human "race". Even though we're all individuals and are different in character and maybe in believes. We are still the same in most ways. I just want that Utopia where everybody works together and we just see everyone as "family". Not family by blood of course but by all the things that connect us with each other. I just want love around the world, okay?!😄😊 Just let me dream.😌
Realistically academia is where it started. Academics have pushed this narrative that "minorities" can't be racist because they lack political power. What you are seeing with these social media posts is the narrative reaching the broader public. This is especially evident with the woman being interviewed on the street. She is so confident that she doesn't even know how uneducated she is. She is simply parroting a narrative.
The pendulum already has started swinging back. The pattern in history is that it'll swing as hard to the other side as it was pushed to the opposite... All that gaslighting and misleading people was only ever going to work for a generation or two, the following generations will and have already spotted the flaws and falseness in the narrative they're told. They're not stupid, just young. It gives me hope. As happy as I am to see the swing reverse, we aught to stop this swinging nonsense as soon as we can. Halt or slow the pendulum as it passes the center. May the center hold and may we end the repeating cycle of discrimination, may we focus on real progress again some day.
Thank you so much ! I’m praising you so much for standing up against racism! My hubby and I were in line at a gas station yesterday and this black woman and her brother were going off on how nasty white people are. I was getting so angry because I would never say anything like that about any skin color. The hatred needs to stop. Period.
Some are just so angry on what happened way before many of us it makes them feel bad to be ugly towards non blacks. I am fortunate I have been around many all my life that have been very beautiful, living, kind hearted souls. I have yet to experience this but if I did any age I know it is a reflection on the person and not me.
white women are terrible though and depending on what ethnicity you are your kind has a history of being horrible. It's weird how the most hateful evil group of people in the west are now being victimised by pro white conservatives just ridiculous. And theirs many videos of white females saying the same about black people and other races.
A black female frito lay deliverer was dropping her load at a dollar general and ooof she went off on how all white people are disgusting rude & drumroll please RaCiSt because some sort of protocol had to happen or something before she could bring the chips in. I was sitting in my vehicle laughing my a$$ off so loud she turned on me next 😂😂😂
Hello Amir. I am glad u r uploading. I am a mixed person. I am white, black, and a little bit of native American. I have afro hair. I didn't make that choice to be born like that. But I am grateful to live, breathe, make choices, and get along with everyone. During 2020. I was extremely far left. I wasn't happy, but then I avoided politics altogether. Now I am on neither side of the political spectrum. I am not liberal, nor am I conservative. Black people on tiktok are showing their true colors. I have friends who are white. They didn't make that choice. Nor did I made the choice to be biracial. We are only one race, the human race. None of us made the choice to be born the skin color or the hair texture we were born with. We should all respect one another, treat others the way you want to be treated, we are the United States. Not the Divided States of American. Thank u for making a video and addressing the hate the people on tiktok are spewing. All this woke stuff, and also the hate towards anybody.
You really seem like great kid and bless you for making this video this issue needs to be addressed it's so depressing for a 60yr old white with a 24yr old (today) daughter I do trust things will continue to get better for all.
I am so happy that finally people talk about it! I remember like 15 years ago I used to do cheerleading and there were a lot of black girls who would harass me for not having a butt like them or not having curls, telling me I was ugly. I never would have said or even thought something like this the other way round?! They were definitely not only racist against white people but with that kind of attitude separating themselves from the rest of the team and society for sure.
You are so refreshing! This video came up in my suggested and I am so glad it did. It's my fist time seeing you, but it won't be the last. *Subscribed*
Wow, Amir. Thank you so much. I am so tired of what is happening in the world today. I grew up in America before 9/11 when we didn’t see color ( some people did- some people will always be that way).
A friend of mine told me to check you out because you are intelligent and a voice of reason. He is right and I'm so glad I did. I grew up in Greenwich Village, NYC which was very bohemian and mixed in the 60s & 70s. Things were way cooler back in the day. In the last couple of years I've had random acts of hate aimed at me for absolutely no reason. One black gal rammed into me while I was looking at some makeup in Sephora and yelled "Cracker!" in my face. Another time I was in line at the market and a black woman behind me was loudly talking about "stupid white people". Uhm, she could have just said "stupid people". If I was to start running my mouth loudly in front of black people saying "stupid black people" we all know what would happen. All hell would break loose, I'd be fired from my job, ostracized in my community, and quite possibly be put in jail. The black girl that rammed into me and called me "cracker" and the black woman on line calling white people stupid -- nada -- it's allowed. WHAT? I'm white, not a racist, for Christ's sake -- my family is mixed, and yet some black folk just hate me because I'm white.😪
This happens far too often and yet you are not allowed to speak ONE word! if you say anything even quietly and reasonable then YOU are in trouble and yes can lose your job, or be verbally attacked etc.
You are one of the clear minded people speaking the truth and shedding light on the disgusting hate speech that is still running rampant in this country. Seems the hate has just changed hands. So many people are so set on continuing the cycle of hate.
You're an incredibly intelligent, considerate person. I hope you're having a good life. Please keep the level head you have and please keep calling out the BS we see in the media and social media.
There's nothing controversial with these videos. Those people are uncontroversially nuts and very dangerous the moment they get some power to their hands.
I am so damn happy to have came across your RUclips channel. All what you are saying makes my brain smile. So glad you are speaking out! It’s truly frustrating at times but people like you bring me hope. You definitely got my support and a new subscriber. Love, from Berlin 🥰 great week everyone!
Thank you for speaking up on this issue. You seem extremely educated and chill. It crazy people don’t now about the white slavery issues in the past as well oddly enough by black people . Some people just need a lil Thomas sowell in their lives.
I haven't seen all of your videos but what I like about them is that you don't talk about politics. You just speak facts. People on both sides of the political spectrum can agree with you. I like that about your channel.
I've played Basketball 🏀 my whole life and been Bullied by Black Guys because of my skin caller. They always assume I can't play well because I'm White. I've never said or done anything to deserve this treatment. In fact I grew up in a multi culture working class community where we were taught not to judge a book by its cover. So it was difficult to deal with that when i grew up and moved to another area.
I like all your videos so far many great points but the one random thing is you're the best I've seen in integrating promos into your content. I've never skipped over your Ads. Someone get this man more sponsorships!
I was in a long time relationship with an African American woman, and NONE of my southern Louisiana White family members had problems, and they were nothing but supportive of both of us, my grandma for instance loved her, and she still tells me that I should have married her lol (we just weren't made for each other, no hard feelings). Whereas she had some family that had issues with it and told me to my face that she could do better by dating within her race. Of course 99% of her friends and family were great and supportive but that 1% was VERY NOT OKAY with it.
Covid 1984 really slapped me into an alternate reality. My job in 2021 told me not to turn my camera on for our Zoom meetings cause folks from other orgs attending “didn't want to see [my] white face”. I just ended up not going to those meetings and leaving the org shortly after/as soon as I could. Race relations are worse now than I ever experienced. We are not “making progress” as some say. Medical abuse is off the charts too. Brought to you by BigHarma
You hit the nail on the head. It’s not race, it’s cultural. If a black acts educated they call them names and say they wanna be white. It’s cultural preference
exactly! growing up down south as a gay asian dude, i had bullies of all races - white, black, other asian kids, and hispanic kids. it was rough! there wasn't a moment of hesitation for any of them to call me "dog-eater" or a slew of other anti-asian slurs. this whole mentality does nothing but keep us divided :/
You're a sensible young man, and what you're doing on your channel is absolutely amazing. You're EDUCATING many in the black community who who have been brainwashed into believing that white people are out to get them.
As a foreigner living here, I am baffled by how obsessed this country is with race and how little they know about it at the same time. They confuse nationality with race, they made up a whole new race, "Latino" (it's not even a culture unless you use it in a very broad sense, like you would with the word "European",) and they seem to be blinded to the fact that MOST black Americans are actually not black, but mixed and in MANY cases evidently more white than anything else. They also seem to think that Spanish people are not white, because they speak Spanish... WTH? Love your content, it's logical and real, and I believe it's the kind of content minority communities should be paying attention to, not that soul-crushing, disempowering, divisive BS rhetoric they are getting from the media.
Spanish are “not white” because of Hispanic lobbying in the U.S. Of course Hispanics are Caucasians. It’s a flippin joke. During the era of quota jobs (1972ish) my Hispanic friend was able to get a quota job but I couldn’t even get them to give me the job application!
"Love your content, it's logical and real, and I believe it's the kind of content minority communities should be paying attention to, not that soul-crushing, disempowering, divisive BS rhetoric they are getting from the media." 💯💯💯💯💯
I'm Mexican myself , and I think the term Latino is more often used as a cultural thing and not race or nationality. Since we share a lot of our roots, language and other cultural aspects . I do know is actually incorrect since is used to describe only people from the American continent and not other fellow Latin -derived speaking people.
The whole white savior thing really annoys me. That’s something the left does that is actually just as/more racist than blatant racism. It’s so insidious. Acting like black people constantly need help, like they can’t think for themselves, the “soft bigotry of low expectations”. Amir and a couple others have really opened my eyes to it 👀
These folks are entitled to their opinion and freedom of expression. But everyone else should also be entitled to their opinions and freedom of expression. It seems that it’s unacceptable to say things about certain demographics while it’s open season on others. Why is this okay but using the wrong pronouns is a terrible hate crime?
If the opinion they’re entitled to that you’re referring to is hating white people for no other reason other than what our ancestors did or purely cause we’re white then no, I don’t think that’s an opinion you should be entitled to.
Amir, great video, bro. I'm a cashier in a dominantly black city in SE Louisiana. Our store is janky and old. In the last month, I've been called racist because our card reader went out, because I had to reboot my register, because our policy states that $5 must be spent for cash back, and because the person had 20 items and tried coming through the 10 items or less. A co-worker's grandma told her not to call her older co-worker "ma'am" because she was white. I and my boss were told it was racist for our black employees to work on Juneteenth and for any of our white employees to be off because they saw me shopping before work. This wasn't the case when I was growing up. This white hate has changed even MY little city and it's sad.
It was never important to me what ethnicity my partners or friends were. But now I notice how I'm becoming more and more intolerant because of all the patronizing and the constant accusations of racism. I tend to avoid other cultures now because I just don't have the strength to deal with all these rules ! :( That makes me sad.
I also wanted to give Amir praise on his channel for having such a relaxed delivery while giving his thoughts and opinions. It makes for such easy and digestible viewing.
I don't live in the USA, I was born in a different country on a different continent. I've visited the USA a couple of time by now and I love this country. It's a shame that people (especially younger generations) are so divided just by race. To me that is mind boggling and just sad really..
Im Irish/English and was told the Irish are white so by default they are also to blame .. not realising the Irish here in England took years to be seen as white. I hate this stupid hateful divisive lying society we are living in.
@eliavi3251 The trans-atlantic slave trade was only possible because the western africans already enslaved each other anyways and wanted to participate in the european wealth. A few hundred or maybe thousand europeans could never enslaved millions of africans on their own.
"Why are we assigning so much control to a word?" HOLY COW eyes opened to so many things, things not even in this video. Amir for real, wise beyond your years (and mine XD).
i had spiraled into believing that everyone around me is racist after a few months of continuous police abuse. eventually i got out but it took another few months to clear my name and get my innocence and he is still roaming free. i havent gotten to my "victim complex" from the online ppl, but i had quit social media to focus on myself to limit the spiral. i really needed to hear this today. because i dont want to be like this. on pills. crying everyday. i dont want to be a victim
Because the morons who taught them convinced the kids they used to be kings and are superior to all. it’s all just nonsensical bs and another form of black washing history.
As a former white supremacist, I can say without a doubt you’re 100% correct. Racism is taught not inherent. I now have a healthier mindset and a wife who is not white with two beautiful children who will never be told they can’t achieve something because of the color of their skin. Getting out of that mindset was the best thing that ever happened to me, and I encourage ALL people to let racism die. I love the Contant, keep bringing facts and logic.

When we went to visit my Grandma Susie, my Daddy's Mom in Mississippi in the early 70's. There was a sign "Whites Only" for a Swimming Pool, so give it 50-60yrs but I feel you.

7:53 racism is towards every race. That’s why it’s called racism. It’s not called whitism or blackism cause it could be towards white people, black people, red people, etc..
Exactly!
i am very racist to blue people.
Nah, white people go through prejudice not racism.
Edit:
White people created racism to make themselves hold the power, be the superior & "better" race then to the race that is inferior. White people can indeed face stereotypical insults based on their skin color and hence enco-unter racial prejudice. But this cannot be called racism. Because of the inherent systemic imbalance of power between those with lighter skin color and of people with color (POC)
White people are basically immune to the term racism since it empowered them. White people will always have that privilege and power
Yea, there were white slaves, but the thing is, they have no slurs based on their color, they haven't been killed for 100 of years, they don't have- stereotypes against them, y'all haven't been discriminated and killed for years like how POC did.
Any stereotypes of a white person
is just racial prejudice. Also there are many good reasons why POC hates white people, it’s not because of them … it’s because of the things they do and say. I will always have a problem with (rich) white people personally 🤷🏽♀️

👏 yes!!!! I dare them to say that to anyone in Ireland 😂 a literal famine.
Bro , if everybody in this world had ur attitude and outlook wouldn't be any problems regardless of race or color. Well said and much respect.
Hmmm
People acting like racism at the interspersonal level by black people isnt racism. Gaslighting at its finest

Please stop using the term people of color.
@@Not_Always why do you say that?

My goodness, to think that people can be so cruel. That cashier will be in my prayers.

There will be *far* more damage if the pendulum actually swings back the other way.
@@BiggieTrismegistus The pendulum will swing back. It's the way that GROUPS of people respond. All we can do is try to be our best INDIVIDUAL selves.
I literally look for videos like this, and reactions like this to restore my faith in humanity God bless you man. Thank you for the work you do.
Yea that totally happened
white women are terrible though and depending on what ethnicity you are your kind has a history of being horrible. It's weird how the most hateful evil group of people in the west are now being victimised by pro white conservatives just ridiculous. And theirs many videos of white females saying the same about black people and other races.
@@christinamartinez1802"blacks"... And then you wonder why black people don't like white people smh
I’m like you. Im mix and don’t take any sides politically anymore. People making this divide themselves is insane 😔
Damn based
United We stand, divided we fall.
@P-P-Panda you're not a dog, you aren't mixed. You have parents from different ethnic groups, that's all
this comment made my heart happy
You really seem like great kid and bless you for making this video this issue needs to be addressed it's so depressing for a 60yr old white with a 24yr old (today) daughter I do trust things will continue to get better for all.
Sure I did I was a pretty far left idiot but I soon realized the middle road was best for me.@BleyBlair
Your outlook of gratefulness for what you have is the attitude every single one of us should have about life
I am so happy that finally people talk about it!
Amir you are very wise. Keep telling the truth👍
Much love!!
Amen brotha I feel like a lot more black people have been waking up lately and it’s good to see. Let’s all succeed together
Heck yes.
Blacks and whites together is the governments scariest nightmare. Unity.
*"Let's all succeed together."*
@xl_‐Grimm-_lx Thank you for that beautiful thought.💞
@@amirxodomthe left hate White supremacy which has NOTHING to do with white people, it's about getting rid of CAPITALISM.
@BleyBlair note my comment
Thankyou, not very many people are brave enough to speak up on this type of stuff. This gives me hope for our future, we need more people like this.
„But… b-but black people cannot be racist!!“ Pretty sure those people have that mindset and it’s pathetic honestly
You hit the nail on the head racist is racist, will people never learn.
You're a good man, Amir
Thank you for standing up against this woke madness
There's nothing controversial with these videos. Those people are uncontroversially nuts and very dangerous the moment they get some power to their hands.
U can’t ignore fringes completely. That’s how they gain traction
Mad respect, Amir, thank you for all your hard work. I appreciate you.
I am so damn happy to have came across your RUclips channel. All what you are saying makes my brain smile. So glad you are speaking out! It’s truly frustrating at times but people like you bring me hope. You definitely got my support and a new subscriber. Love, from Berlin 🥰 great week everyone!
❤
Thank you for speaking up on this issue. You seem extremely educated and chill. It crazy people don’t now about the white slavery issues in the past as well oddly enough by black people . Some people just need a lil Thomas sowell in their lives.
that woman being interviewed on the street obviously doesn't know the origin of the word slave.
Yet you were talented enough to play. Good for you
I like all your videos so far many great points but the one random thing is you're the best I've seen in integrating promos into your content.
"Covid 1984", haha, nice one!
You hit the nail on the head. It’s not race, it’s cultural. If a black acts educated they call them names and say they wanna be white. It’s cultural preference
I was bullied r e l e n t l e s s l y by Hispanic and black kids all throughout school. In no way does it help…. anyone.
exactly! growing up down south as a gay asian dude, i had bullies of all races - white, black, other asian kids, and hispanic kids. it was rough! there wasn't a moment of hesitation for any of them to call me "dog-eater" or a slew of other anti-asian slurs. this whole mentality does nothing but keep us divided :/
As a white person im really mad about these videos that are allowed to put online even it’s hate speech. Thank u for talking about it.
You're a sensible young man, and what you're doing on your channel is absolutely amazing. You're EDUCATING many in the black community who who have been brainwashed into believing that white people are out to get them.
2:01 Your facial expressions are the absolute cherry on top! Thank you for being a voice for people who don’t feel like they can express themselves!
You don't belong here.
Debm that’s because many Hispanic people are not white but are of African, Native American and Spanish descent
"Love your content, it's logical and real, and I believe it's the kind of content minority communities should be paying attention to, not that soul-crushing, disempowering, divisive BS rhetoric they are getting from the media."
💯💯💯💯💯
I'm Mexican myself , and I think the term Latino is more often used as a cultural thing and not race or nationality. Since we share a lot of our roots, language and other cultural aspects . I do know is actually incorrect since is used to describe only people from the American continent and not other fellow Latin -derived speaking people.
Bro I freaking love you, you're such a BREATH of fresh air, stay elevated ✨💖🫂
If I ever met Amir, I would be fine. I’m white and not racist, I don’t look down on anyone. But I also don’t have a white savior complex.
I’m glad to hear that. Your mentality should be the norm for our society, but welp, our media continues to divide us and make money out of it.
The whole white savior thing really annoys me. That’s something the left does that is actually just as/more racist than blatant racism. It’s so insidious.
Acting like black people constantly need help, like they can’t think for themselves, the “soft bigotry of low expectations”. Amir and a couple others have really opened my eyes to it 👀
That’s the bare minimum
These folks are entitled to their opinion and freedom of expression. But everyone else should also be entitled to their opinions and freedom of expression. It seems that it’s unacceptable to say things about certain demographics while it’s open season on others. Why is this okay but using the wrong pronouns is a terrible hate crime?
If the opinion they’re entitled to that you’re referring to is hating white people for no other reason other than what our ancestors did or purely cause we’re white then no, I don’t think that’s an opinion you should be entitled to.
Idk how these people find the time to hate on people like this.
Thank you sir. So refreshing, your views, your presentation. Well done!
Hatred is hatred. I am so tired of all the anger in the world. Get your money up and quit trying to excuse your own prejudice. One love, baby.
I don't live in the USA, I was born in a different country on a different continent.
I've visited the USA a couple of time by now and I love this country.
It's a shame that people (especially younger generations) are so divided just by race.
To me that is mind boggling and just sad really..
Thank you for standing up! Can’t wait to see you hit 100k!
You speak the truth that comes from the heart.
Keep up the great work
"Who was enslaved?" The Slavik and Irish people, oh wait you meant only THAT slavery...
Im Irish/English and was told the Irish are white so by default they are also to blame .. not realising the Irish here in England took years to be seen as white. I hate this stupid hateful divisive lying society we are living in.
Cultures that had slavery mostly enslaved their own.
@@eliavi3251or at least sold their own..
@@eliavi3251so pretty much all nations that travelled and conquered, took slaves, so they took slaves from all over the known world at the time.
@eliavi3251
The trans-atlantic slave trade was only possible because the western africans already enslaved each other anyways and wanted to participate in the european wealth. A few hundred or maybe thousand europeans could never enslaved millions of africans on their own.
the energy you give out is the energy you get...
absolutely true.
for everything in life.
People are victims of their own choices, not society at large.
Why do they always think they’re more “educated” than everyone else 😂😂😂😂
Because the morons who taught them convinced the kids they used to be kings and are superior to all.
it’s all just nonsensical bs and another form of black washing history.
I always grew up assuming everyone was equal. I always assumed the best about everyone. Boy am I naive.
Amir!!!! Found you about a month or so ago and I’m hooked! Thanks for bringing truth to all platforms!
