I use Final Cut Pro... yes, it has both a "windows" and Mac version, if I am not mistaken. :) It is actually quite easy to use and complicated at the same time. There are so many features that it can do, that I am just duh, about. At the same time, for most things, it is very simple. Plus, once you learn a technique, it makes sense. :) Thanks for asking.
