I’ve fallen in love with your products but also i’ve enjoyed your vlogs and learning about you and your family. i love that both of you own small businesses. I just ordered my first order from you this past week and i’m so excited to receive that order!

    I love watching someone who is self employed do their budgets because our incomes can vary so much. I do something very similar to you by paying myself monthly. I think I’m going to start doing a weekly budget on top of my monthly though because that will help a lot with managing the fluctuations throughout the month. Thank you for that!
    Question for you…. How do you handle the extra income that comes in? Do you pick 1 thing that you throw the money into? Do you do a separate mini budget and spread it around? Im in debt so I’ve been throwing any extra at debt. ❤

      @Kenshaable 4 месяца назад +1

      Hi, she has earlier vidéos about that. When in debt, put the most of the extra money into that debt to reduce the amount of time u'll have to reimburse. And just a little for yourself if u want or everything Into that debt

    I get paid once a month and use a yellow pad and pen to map out my budget and then record everything in a monthly bill payment book from Amazon which costs less than ten dollars. I've used budgeting books in the past and they just didn't work out in my situation. and because I live on SSDI my money is limited. What's great about a budgeting system is that you can adapt it to fit any income level and go as simple or complex as you wish. Same with cash stuffing binders and envelopes. You can go as affordable as buying binders and envelopes from TEMU/WISH and using handwritten or printed labels all the way to purchasing expensive binders and buyng decorative cash envelopes.

    I bought the digital budget binder and I was looking at the "monthly income" sheets and you seem to use it to budget but there is a "planned" and "actual" column which leads me to believe you would do this AFTER the actual amount was received or bill paid. What am I missing here?

    • @ericakoenegstein5693
      @ericakoenegstein5693 4 месяца назад

      A magic month is any month where you get an extra paycheck. Usually for people who get paid bi-weekly- instead of the standard 2 paychecks, there might be 3.

    99% of the time a majority of the pet food, clothing, groceries, shampoo, cleaning supplies etc are purchased at the same time same transaction. Do you just separate them when you get home or would you have groceries as an all together expense.
