I loved this talk - as a special ed teacher trying to move into another realm of education, this information speaks volumes. Many of the curriculum publishers make the language for children so inaccessible (complex) that one can see why children with disabilities are left behind. Academic publishers really need to hear this talk!!

I really like the idea of storyboarding the alternative text (or any accessibility feature). Great tip and so easy to do!
