Wow, I love the outside ground luscious greenery and the beautiful landscape! I am like you Tom, don’t like too many rooms and people, but the outside ambience and ambience makes it all worth it! Enjoy!
I lived in Jomtien for a few months this year. Jomtien Sauna transformed my health with the sauna/ice box/cold pool. Ratanakorn market is the best fruit market maybe in the world. I loved Tom Yum soup from Easy Health.
Hi guys, this place Jomtien is my favorite place of all Asia, mainly because its not busy like Pattaya or Bangkok, that condominium was built pre covid and of course when covid came along l was actually there and of course that Copacabana and Riveira just never filled up like so many other tourist resorts ,thanks for showing us this place as l was going to book 2 weeks in June but to me it just doesn't look as its got a homely feel about it, Jomtien & Pattaya has an abundant of places to stay of any type you desire, Cheers 🙏
Thanks for the tour I'm staying there next week in a corner unit with a jacuzzi on the balcony lol.... totally different set up to yours luckily. We normally stay on Pattaya Beach road, so Jomtien will be a nice change.
7:16 the man with the golden bumgun, one of the lesser known James Bond spin offs. Very flashy with great communal areas but that particular apartment was tiny.
I drove past there last week and have a friend staying there from tomorrow. I was in Jomtien until Friday this week and stayed there for 10 days after spending a week in the Philippines
Hi guys. I like they landscaping on the complex. I like the amenities. The room is okay if you’re not going to stay in the room a lot. I would take advantage of everything they have to offer. Thanks 👋🏽
I hear you Tom. I like space and less ppl. Stayed at a very nice resort but it had tooo many rooms and could never get a spot at the pool. Breakfast forget it too busy. Only look for small places now
To be fair I wouldn’t spend to much time in the hotel as I’d be out investigating the local area 😊 but always nice to stay in a nice clean hotel , I guess it all depends on the PRICE? 😊
Hi Tom and Lay. Copacabana is a nice place, but it's not for me. The amenities are nice but I need a bit more room. BTW I saw you guys earlier this afternoon walking on the second road. I called your name but you didn't hear me, so I wasn't sure it was you. Now I see your video in the area, so I guess it was you guys. I live close by , and it would be great to meet up if you want. I'll buy you guys lunch or something. Let me know.. Phil
It’s a condominium , the condo fees will be high with all those amenities to take care of. That’s if you buy one, you don’t worry about that if you’re renting of course. Most rooms are 29 sg ft to 35 sq ft. with some larger rooms 60 sg ft.
Tom: "This is where the magic happens. Lai: "What Magic"...😂😂😂 Tom bro, while your in Thailand there are a few good plastic surgeons to help you bring back the "magic". 😂🤣😂🤣
Just want to say I think Yogyakarta (Jogja) is the best fit for you guys in Indonesia based on what you like as a daily routine. There’s a big coffee culture there and you’ll be blown away by the friendliness. Only issue is that there’s no local train system. Indonesia is incredible, it’s just Muslim so people don’t give it a chance. I don’t recommend Bali because it’s become the most crowded place on earth. Bali is only good for hot young rich people who love beach clubs/resorts and don’t want to explore the island. Take the train to Jakarta when you get bored and want to maybe enjoy the local train system and big malls.
I actually stayed here a few weeks ago but in a slightly bigger unit, I definitely wouldn't live there, the building is only about 2 years old but starting to show signs of heavy use, also there were so many rude tourists who didn't respect the building which is fine if you are just staying for a short time but I felt sorry for anyone living there. That rooftop pool was only supposed to be closed for 2 weeks when I was there, typical Thai timing schedules 😂. Exactly what you said, the company I rented from owned multiple units in the building.
I have a condo bout 1 km south on Beach rd. The place gets insanely busy high season. Now with the construction and one way Beach rd, It's gonna be hell. And the rude people is very true. They get off the plane and leave their manners and brains. What little they had. I'll be leaving for high season its so bad. But low season is nice n chill. I'm guessing 2400 Baht a night. 🤙 video.
Maybe watch Kino Yves’s videos from Zambia. The people seem very laid back and nice, not everywhere in Africa has annoying guys who follow you around. Zambia is right next to Tanzania which had the most welcoming people I’ve been around.
Tom and Lay, are all the elevators working? They had half of them shut down when we were there a few months ago....very irritating, especially when you're staying on the 38th floor 😮
The problem with these new condos is the size. They are so small that unless you are only staying short term but if you want somewhere to live for a year or more they are just terrible. A one bedroom condo needs to be bigger than 30m² and in these new buildings they are all smaller than that.
Another condo vlog ? Getting a bit dry these condo tours no hate just my thoughts. Throw out some drunk in walking street , street food , night markets, beaches . Enjoy pattaya they have some cool stuff to do and see not just the go go's haha
Nice Condo, please be mindful when you say we are only staying here for a week, Rentals less than 30 days in that building are illegal. Its not a hotel. It's a private Condo.
Tom that is a Lay Kitchen. Just big enough for Lay and no one ells. My smallest bathroom is about the size of that kitchen lmao. Now asking what floor I would be on. Not one of them. I have no fear of heights but I have seen some Condo's fall apart in Miami and a lot of people died because it happened at early morning just as people were waking up to go to work. Now because of that a lot of people that own Condo's had to have their place inspected and they deemed a lot of them were unsafe as well. Just think if you was on the top floor and the pool started leaking. You and Lay would be sucked out of a 1 inch hole like a huge toilet bowl and the next stop would be the ground. That is a long ways down . However if you are still alive when you get sucked out of the hole in the pool you might have time to say I love you.
I stayed there earlier in this year and it cost about 50 USD. The total cost with cleaning fees and such was 63USD. The night market next door was awesome. Great for short term.
What a tacky, chavvy place. Horrible! Just about sums a up Pattaya! Spent six years living in Bangkok and went to Pattaya precisely twice, and that was only when the Thai League I was an assistant coach with played in Pattaya. Awful place. I remember Pattaya when it was a nice provincial town, back in the 80s.
It's a wow!! Good to see you both enjoying the luxurious stay. Love every bit of it even the small kitchen 😊

I was there until Friday this week. Jomtien and Pattaya are pretty quiet at the moment considering its high season

Cant stop singing bloody manilow now thanks! 😂 enjoy you two. Epic👍❤️👁️👁️
You can stay in luxurious place at reasonable price here in Thailand.
I drove past there last week and have a friend staying there from tomorrow. I was in Jomtien until Friday this week and stayed there for 10 days after spending a week in the Philippines
How did you find it ?
@@Tom-Lay Jomtien and Pattaya were very quiet I thought. I lived in Pattaya for 5 years so know the area well.
For coming back to crash not too bad , extended stays would be an issue.
Nice place, how much did u guys pay for your stay?
Hi guys. I like they landscaping on the complex. I like the amenities. The room is okay if you’re not going to stay in the room a lot. I would take advantage of everything they have to offer. Thanks 👋🏽
Wow! Nice looking hotel ! I didn’t catch the price per day ( Jomtien ) . But it looks like everything you could wish for 👍
Beautiful place, room is great nice and clean!
Cool place ! Nice job guys enjoy your stay! 😊👍
Thanks 🙏
Lay looks and comes across as a nice person. :) Hope you are both well. :)
Whatever pool was warmer is where id be hanging out
I stayed here in May, having booked through Air BnB. It had great views but the security was OTT.
Paradise
I'd like which ever pool is most near to the sauna. Maybe the first pool would not be my first choice since pools in the shade tend to be pretty cold.
Comical blog - you said it was so busy but there was no one there !!
I've stayed there. Love the night market next door. Cheers!
👍
The condo looks nice but you couldn't swing a cat in the room. The pool on the 40th, 9 sun beds for 2000 units. Good luck with that.
I hear you Tom. I like space and less ppl. Stayed at a very nice resort but it had tooo many rooms and could never get a spot at the pool. Breakfast forget it too busy. Only look for small places now
a holiday place only, i stayed in the area recently, far too busy .... short term only is great 🙂
Yes true
Amazing condo 😊

Hi 😊👍 Love watching both of you! !
nice vid - I Would like to have seen the clips of how busy the place gets - considering a trip & I'm not a fan of an overcrowded place

What's the rent?
3rd Like for the show
Wow that luxury, is the cost I’m worried about, I like playing table tennis and swimming
Been thinking about renting at the Copa when I get there next year. One question, what is the "guest policy" like?
It’s fine
Tom: "This is where the magic happens. Lai: "What Magic"...😂😂😂 Tom bro, while your in Thailand there are a few good plastic surgeons to help you bring back the "magic". 😂🤣😂🤣
😂😂😂
Yeah and thier plastic surgeons are famous for a certain type of surgery lol
We stay there before , it’s worth it to stay there. And the night market its walking distance

Great place. I spent a just up the road in the mountains back in 2000.
Agree with you both I wouldn’t want to stay there

Yeh same feeling 😅
Tom and Lay you guys should try the Cetus we stayed there last time. Not that big of a difference in price and a much bigger. The Rivera is nice too
Hey bro is there a hot jacuzzi and sauna or steam room there? Thanks for the video
Yes sauna
lodi ja jaja 🤣🎉
How expensive was it? You guys rock!👏👏👏
Thanks 🙏
Agree with your assessments of the place. There's earthquakes there to be considered as well.
First thought is waouw! However i have heard that in Jomtien some of the rich tourists tend to be very rude !!!!

I noticed that SEA women stay slim even though they are munching all day. I guess it is genetics. I personally prefer my woman a bit more voluptuous.
