- hey guys! You all know I am a huge fan of Polene and as soon as they released their new design, the Mokki I was super intrigued. I loved the style of the Mokki and that is something that Polene delivers on consistently, the design of their handbags. The Mokki is a stunning design and I believe it is worth the higher pricepoint. Polene crafts their bags with really nice leather and over all I believe that their pieces are very well priced. This one seems like one of the more functional bags from Polene. Flap bag, stands up on its own, easy to get in and out of, thicker strap etc. I’m very attracted to this one I just wish it came in brighter fun colors - maybe in the future. I’d love it in red ❤

I have this in black and I love it. It's my second Polene bag and this is my favourite. I also have other expensive bag for example Celine 16 but I love this one more.

I was thinking of buying this or the Celine 16, I went to Celine and touched and checked out 16, but ended getting the belt bag. And now Im thinking of getting this!

This is one of the only Polene bags that has actual compartments, which is great for those who want to use it for work or who have to carry more than the Un Nano or many of their other smaller bags will fit. When I saw the measurements on the website I thought the Mokki would be huge, but when I saw it in person (I live in NYC and checked out the Polene store when I was in Soho a few weeks ago), the bag was nowhere as overwhelmingly large as I thought. I'm tempted, but if I were to go for a second Polene bag I think I'm still slightly more interested in the Tonca than the Mokki.

Hi, to be honest I dont think it looks bad. Is it the ideal crossbody, in my opinion, no, it is a little bulky for my personal taste. But I still really think it can be pulled off

Does it look so bulky when carrying it as crossbody bag?
Hi, it depends on what your style is for crossbody. For me I do think its a little larger than the norm but if I needed to carry it crossbody it doesnt bother me. Hope that helps

@tresbienmdr no bother at all, I am 5'3" (160 cm) I think it could look 'bulky' if you are petit but I dont think it would be something that would look 'bad'

Can you comment on the camel color in real life? In your video it looks a little duller (more tan and less bright) than expected- especially compared to your Birkin. Would you say so or is it just the lighting?
Hi, it is a bit lighter than my Birkin. I have a side by side photo on my IG feed. I wouldnt say its dull, its just a different shade of tan, not as deep as the Birkin Gold. Hope this is helpful.

The way in which Polene designs their purses allows them to fall over and dump your stuff out easily. I won’t buy from them again just for this reason.
I have seen this from some of their bags, but not all. The Mokki stays put really well 🙂
The bag is very nice but it breaks my heart a baby cow ( only under a year old ) was killed in order for this bag to be made! I wish people stop buying these bags.
Great video, contemplating to get one, drives me nuts when I hear youtuber reviewing bags and shoes a “she” why? Its a thing so it should be refer to it as “it” I cant stand it so I stop watching the video and move on
