Union Arena is leaning hard on to collectors. The game gets little to no play in Japan so I guess that is the best option for them to do. I would pick a pen signed card. A bit more effort in it then just some marking with a number
I saw a dedicated floor of union arena play in Akihabara. Beyond that I didn’t see much sales for the series in Tokyo. Shop owner said it’s popular in Japan but who knows. Couldn’t find yu yu hakusho union arena anywhere in Tokyo shop keepers kept saying sold out .Found a few packs in Nara, Kyoto and Osaka
The cards look so good! I never search for them with how rare they are but it shows they care and that gives me a lot of hope about the game, coupled with cards being added/removed too. I did notice they announced UA being at Bandai Card Fest Orlando which skips over the Utrecht dates entirely 😅 I was holding a slither of hope it'd be there for an EU announcement. Also Gon's VA signature has a little Gon drawing and I love that
Union Area: improves the cards for English, learning from their mistakes on the JP release. Weiss Schwarz: how about we just make it worse... i mean who needs signs, they can just buy the JP version 😂
The cards we’ve received so in demos and super prerelease far have been similar quality to the new OP set, ie pretty great quality(about twice as nice as MTG). There are also etches and Holo foils coming in the first set.

Haha I've never thought about it like that but so dam true :(
Wait so now the 3 are the serialaized or are there both normal 3 stars and serialized versions?
It will be both normal 3 and then serial 3 star
@@PokeMike idk how I feel abt that the in that case the normal ones now feel like a less rare version
@@Ewie_TCGthe normal ones are still going to be really rare, like 1/case rare
Do you have any idea one what the quality of the English release will be? English releases of TCG usually are pretty poor.

@@sethcourtad8733 that’s great news, thank you
We already had it confirmed by Bandai months ago
Oh dam I guess I missed that one 😂 I’ll keep it up incase any others did too 😂 🙏 appreciate it
This isn’t great tbh, no handsigs = another stupid serial on the same art like Weiss does. Literally why.
