    How to reverse inventory picks?

An Inventory Pick will Post the Sales Order as shipped. This means you need to go to the related Posted Sales Shipment and "Undo Shipment" from the Lines section. This action can only be done if the Line has not been Invoiced. If you have already Invoiced for the line(s) that was shipped, you'll need to do a Sales Return Order to back it out.

@@AccentSoftwareInc thanks for the reply, however even before invoicing i tried the undo option but it said the inventory pick is posted, hence can't, 😕
