      Glad you like it! Last thing is that q&a needs to start working with web browsers then it can for sure be a worthy competition for zoom!

    Hello! Do you happen to know if I can bypass using Teams Registration by sharing the "join meeting here" link with potential attendees? I want to be able to run registrations through Hubspot and I am aware there is not a way to manually register attendees.

    Is it possible to not add a copy of the recording to the chat after the meeting?

    Thank you for the information. Kindly, how I can allow external users and guests see the Q&A option after they join the webinar? Q&A option is available within the organization but not for external users.

    Hi David, I have noticed that if you set the date on the registration form to say 1/2/2022, when the registration is viewed online the format changes to 2/1/2022 (American format). Any ideas on how to change this?

    I don't have an option to download the Q&A - any help is appreciated.

    Great video David - do you know if there is a reminder function that automates notifications to all webinar registrations pre meeting? An what the cadence is? Cheers

      They are adding that and other advanced capabilities to the upcoming Teams Premium subscription, see more here: www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2022/10/12/introducing-microsoft-teams-premium-the-better-way-to-meet/

    Thank you! What is the maximum number of people who can register to a Teams Webinar?

    • @learnspreadsheets
      @learnspreadsheets  2 года назад

      1000 can attend a teams meeting or webinar normally & up to 20,000 in a view only way

    Embedding video into ppt is by far the best way so you're less likely to have any buffering or network issues. Especially if you're doing a hybrid event.

    Hi David, my forms no longer shows as 'Live' meaning I can no longer close the poll once it's started. We are hoping to use the poll for formal voting at meetings and would need to close the poll after 1 minute of it being live. Any ideas whats changed? It was working about 2/3 weeks ago but now is just a static form and unclosable. Thanks

      Strange it should be close able on demand but not with a timer, maybe it’s a bug or coauthoring is not enabled?

    Does it send the presenters the invite without them registering?

    • @learnspreadsheets
      @learnspreadsheets  2 года назад +1

      Yes they should be sent the invite with the email but there are different ways so you may want to double check. If it doesn’t work just add them to the invite from outlook

    Very informative - thank you! Do you know if its possible to set up automatic e-mails that attendees receive after the webinar with link to recording for those who could not attend live, and with a survey-link to form? Also wondering if its possible to set the chat-responses to private.
    Also, is there any limit to how many attendees there can be?

    • @learnspreadsheets
      @learnspreadsheets  2 года назад

      Heya, glad you like it. The auto emails isn’t possible, you even need to manually make the recording available to external people. The limit is 1000 people. Chat responses are to the whole group but join an click an individual person & message then directly

    Is there any way to hide the attendee list from other attendees? Thats pretty basic webinar functionality.

    • @learnspreadsheets
      @learnspreadsheets  Год назад

      Good question, it seems the answer is no unless you have Teams Premium. You could instead create a Teams Live Event (I have a video on them too) or try one of these things but its not the complete solution: sharepointstuff.com/2023/05/10/3-ways-to-hide-guest-attendees-from-teams-meeting-invites/

      @@learnspreadsheetsTeams Premium? Whats that? If youre on a paid subscription for office, what other options are there? Thanks for the idea on a Live Event. The problem with a live event is that you dont know who's attending so for b2b its of limited value for potential customer webinars.
