@@AdamDunlopElectricalthen why waste your time on the labels and re putting on the old socket plate? I understand your reason but it’s getting covered up and the difficult thing is, only electricians understand the zones. So if anyone drills through that cable (which they won’t because it’s a media wall) will trip anyway
You're doing a fantastic job! Just a quick off-topic question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Looks fantastic Adam D but do the Ring / Radial circuits to the double sockets interfere with the TV signal? Only reason i ask is some customers can be very picky about details like this
The only way I can think of for home power circuits to interfere with a line carrying a TV signal is if there is arcing somewhere in the home's electrical system. Arcing causes broadband radio frequencies to be generated. In fact, very early radio transmitters used spark-gaps (arcing) to produce radio signals. Overhead outside electrical lines can cause reflections of TV signals that can create what is called multipath interference where the same signal is received by an antenna twice with one of them being slightly delayed. That can cause smearing and ghosting of the picture in analog TV systems and can sometimes completely prevent digital TV signals from being displayed with the only solution being moving the antenna to a different location.
I don't understand why people think split load Type A rcd's on a new build aren't too bad. Electricians are used to Type AC RCDs needing to have circuits split up and another RCD installed if there's more than 9ma of leakage total across the circuits that RCD is supplying. Type A rcd is 6ma DC which means 2ma of DC leakage across the circuits the RCD is supplying plus a limit of 9ma AC leakage. & It's much easier to hit that 2ma DC leakage than people think. Nice video, down south we have to have a waste carrying license for old cable now though. Pain in the arse.
If you'd have just put all your back boxes side by side then those cables would have been in a zone without leaving that big daft useless faceplate in and stickers everywhere
As you are leaving the lower sockets, why not extend the ring so they are usable?
Thanks for comment Lower socket getting covered by fire in the media wall that will never be accessible

Nice job Adam..
Cheers
Thanks 👍
Nice neat job Adam
Thanks 👍
Wow don’t want to moan but that was like a 25 minute add break
Yup, either shilling products or asking for them.
You do do aerial points then 😉
Sorry RUclips automatically does the ads
Not talking about the RUclips ads, talking about the ads in the video you're talking about.
@@SOAGamers13 Ads. Smart thermostats I guess, tradify, green copper bin.

Never known it to like this situation, especially when before they was all in the same big metal box

👌🏻
My Bosch multi tool did the same 🤔😎
Oh dear hopefully my fixes it self
Who changed the design, it's ended up nothing like the plan at the beginning!
?
Nice job done, as always. I found everything about you, but not your wishlist on Amazon.
Thanks for comment , and I was only messing around with Amazon list
It’s not my first radio 😅
Ikr alright at electrics but can’t even speak my brain has a fart when trying to film and do a job 🤣
who wants that label on their socket , also if the socket is left in place why not leave it actually useful and live ?>
The original socket will be covered by the fireplace surround. It won't be seen by anyone unless the fireplace is removed some day.
Lovely job BUT I would not leave disconnected sockets. Even if hidden now , any changes will expect all outlets to work. Imagine the next EICR.
Capping. Didn’t expect that
Same tbh

He had specific zones from the tv media wall drawings where the sockets could only go. And side by side wasn’t allowed
This 👌🏻
