Kubra is a STUNNING woman, inside out.
Blew my mind about how she drew learnings from her cat ❤
Love it.
This was a brilliant 54 minutes of podcasting. Loved this piece of story telling to the hilt. I felt that I was in the room, where this conversation took place. My takeaways from this episode -
1) Always try to walk in a room with positive energy and see the difference.
2) Most problem roots can be tracked back from the childhood.
3) Personality Development Class can really help a child to develop a strong base in childhood.
4) "What Next Syndrome" needs to leave our culture and lives.
5) Replace the word "worried" with "concerned". Concerned is more action oriented for our brain vocabulary.
6) Words and tone we use with ourselves is most important.
7) I AM "ENOUGH".
8) You can even learn from a cat if you are open to learning and observing.
Bonus - Do your bit of goodness and you never know how it will come back to you.
The story narration at the end of the episode of Rose Perfume gave me literal goosebumps. Kubbra Sait if you are reading this, thanks for opening up and showing all the courage. Lots of respect for you and best wishes with your book. Namma Bengaluru.
So beautifully distilled Utkarsh
LOVED this conversation. Just everything that needs to be said, said in the most beautiful way. I especially loved "I am enough". Savouring the moment, savouring how far we have come and applying what all we have learnt. Just a beautiful reminder of how life is always happening FOR us.
