Yes it is, but it is also an rlc piece previously which we paid decent money for too have as a rlc now made as a mainline. Not so exclusive to rlc anymore.

I am just starting to collect
When you look in the pegs compared to the dump bin, what are you looking for when you mention that all that's left are cars no one wants. As a beginner I would have to collect what's available until I get really going. I would think that employees buy up all the TH and STH before it hits the floor

Usually the popular cars are the licensed castings, the fantasy hotwheels are always the last to leave the pegs. If you get to the pegs and you don't see licensed castings it is a good chance the pegs have been hunted through already. By the way hunting for supers and treasure hunts is fine but really just collect the castings you like that's the most important.

I started collecting not too long ago and have done exactly that. I collect more JDM and American muscle, but when I see something I don't like, such as Porsche or Mercedes I will still buy them and use them as trade bait for cars I do like. Also, some treasure hunts aren't as desirable, such as the Ain't fare, but you never know who might need it, so, again, use it as trade bait. Just have fun on the hunt, and you take care of other collectors, and they will take care of you. Happy hunting.
