yes maam, the heat + humidity here is a killer tbvh. you're sweating your brains out, your back is sweaty, skin is sticky, your makeup is melting off your face and mood is probably the *worst*. and since majority of us still gotta go into office or school and look "presentable", we gotta at least secure the makeup on 🫡😗
Love this vid! Very necessary considering the weather now LOL. I've never tried brow powder before cos it seems harder to control compared to a pencil, would you recommend it for people who have hairier brows? :)
glad you found it helpful! yeah, it doesn't help that it has been raining heavily on and off recently + occasional intense heat. 😗 mmm i think the reason why i gravitate more towards powder for brows is because: powder helps to add volume while maintaining the softness. if you want to, you can get one of those thin slanted brow brushes to help with more precise application. hmm, if you have hairy/bushy eyebrows, you can use the darker shade to draw the tail of it for a little more emphasis. then, for the front to middle part, you could go in with a lighter hand with the lighter shade. (something like a highlight/skin colour) OR draw hair-like strokes at the front. cause i would imagine your brows to be "denser" at the front. so you kinda wanna balance the tone and gradation of it. what a wall of text lmao. if i have the time, maybe ill do a video reply to better demonstrate but hopefully this answers majority of it 😅
Is the bb cream more or less glowy than the missha one (if you have it)? I’m also into bb creams this is also very helpful because it feels like summer is never ending these days…
aw man, i haven't tried or swatched the missha one before! 😫 im so sorry i cant answer to that. if it helps you any more, the purito bb cream feels more like a soft-satin finish. even when im out and about, sweating in this bb cream, my skin doesn't feel suffocated hours later. (setting it down with powder ofc) hours later, i do look a little shiny and thats quite natural due to the environment im in. i agree, it seems like summer and the heat gets longer and longer while cooler weather is so short-lived 😞
