I thought you'd like a look at this nicely restored 1960 Jeep Willys Overland. It's a four wheel drive, with Warn manual locking hubs. It's powered by the original 226 Cubic Inch Super Hurricane Inline Six, backed by a Borg warner T-90 three speed manual. It's just a nice, simple and rugged vehicle. It has been fully restored both inside and out and it's really looking sharp. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for taking a look!

With a jumping bass and off-beat syncopation, this is straight from Memphis' Beale Street. The Hammond organ and electric guitar play together as longtime friends, while the melody changes hands from guitar to organ to electric piano. 011

I dig the way are intro-ing the cars now. I like this Jeep! Kinda looks like more of a beach rig.

Glad you liked it, thanks for watching!
Wow. Slickest paint I've seen on a Jeep. I like that style for sure.
I'm not into wood grain either, but it doesn't bother me on this type of vehicle. Thanks for taking a look!
Thank for the reply and keep peep posting!
I think they've done a nice job with it. Not sure about the original color, but it sure looks good in that blue. Thanks for taking a look!

That's a classy Jeep!
Gods it's beautiful. My dad (passed away in his which was a red/burgundy, hard to tell cause took pictures off an old family Super 8 film video). Never knew until this weekend what it was called. He died in 1971 on way home from a gig (was a professional musician). Was told he died in a station wagon but, they were making it sound like he had 2 vehicles cause when described his Jeep, was like a CJ or TJ type. Always wanted a Jeep like that. Go to find out nope, the ones in film was his station wagon he died in, loved it though looking at the video. I was 1yr had 6months when he passed, have no memory of it. That vehicle is perfect for our Canadian winters. Being on Disability after my health deteriorated and had to leave my dream job of being a roadie (figures since bad luck and bath things happening which at ours old seen my 12yr old friend get hit by a train with his bicycle which causes me to have nightmares every night). As it stands now can't afford one but, hoping one day! You guys did a perfect restoration and hope one who buys it will enjoy it far more then it just a vehicle to go from A to B and back to A again.
Wow a real 😎 cool jeep, love the color motor, flathead 6 cyl in line so smoth and strong runs forever if you take care of this beautiful jeep, thanks jeff and Jordan for this video i enjoy every moment have a wonderfull Day from tom your now and always say hello to asher Sam and beans erika and the New puppy ♥️ from tom your friend now and always 🤩 🤩 USA 😎
Thanks for this awesome video!!
I owned a 1972 ex-postal jeep as my first ride and really like this one that I had never heard of before. I'd love to own it if I had the xtra cash.
If would be cool if Jeep did a remake!
Very interesting presentation. Thanks
great truck
I think they're a cool looking vehicle. My neighbor had the pickup truck version back when I was in high school. He had put a 289 Ford in his though.
They definitely stuck with it as long as they could. The funny thing is that they went straight from this flathead to an Overhead Cam Six. I believe the 230 Tornado was the first American made, mass produced OHC engine. I think they came out in 62.
RamblinAround one of my hy school teachers had one ohv motor 55 yrs ago .I had a 4wd.53 had Chrysler's motor flathead cause we changed rod bearings hurricane was different they also had a 4 with valves in head &biock awful beast.
Just found one of these sitting in the forest, perfect body and chrome 38,000 miles, pick up hopefully cheap.
That's really Sharp!! One of my high school Buddys had one just like that!! I think it was a 46 or 53, not sure!!☺

Beautiful Willie wagon
what vary cool looking jeep
Sweet
Beautiful car 🚙 congratulations 🎉🎊🍾
beautifol car, yess. nice original!
I see what you're saying about the tires, but these are the type of tires that they originally came with. I doubt this Jeep will see much off road use anymore anyway. I sure like those Broncos like your 69 too, one of my favorites.
nice color .
Nice . I believe in 62 or 63 was the last year for Willys name, owned by Kaiser , Then was named Kaiser-Jeep. So it is one of the last years for Willys. Thanks to Bantam Car Company, Willys was able to survive through the forties. To bad Willys Is not around today Always Liked them.
Looks beautifull a classy jeep Long originaL condition macazzar memories jeep ir soekarno
Looks great as a woodie, even if it is simulated wood.
Very nice!
Kind of screams "utility" in a creepy way!
Wish I had space for something like that.
Did Willy's ever go overhead valve? Flatheads in the 60's? WIN!
It would nice to go camping with it a nice resto on it
My Aunt had one when I was a shaver.
I had one many years ago, Willys a great and beautiful car 🚙.
Yeah, that is a bit strange. Clark forklifts used to have some Willy's flat 4's back as late as the 90's. I drove one for years, and she never gave me any trouble. It was hell on fuel though.
OlllllllO I Love it
I think the wood paper made it look cheep, but the rest was very nice man, cheers
Those flatheads are definitely durable and they'll run on some pretty crappy gas.
Nota 100
I got to ask, Is this where you work at. If so great job
Povo isso e deiz ja pilotei rural
Pena alguém na sabe mil
How reliable was the engine?
a 60 willys wagon did not have a split windshield
I think 1959 was the first full windshield.
Cómo se arma el pedal del embrague del jeet wulii
i need parts...
Queria uma dessa frente de geep , porém vermelho e branca.
I have a willys station wagon 55 from muy dad
I've always heard that a Willy's 4 can actually run off of melted butter. I wonder if that's a myth.
Station Wagon Willys.
Hi
Cadê a rural vermelho e branco frente de geep
Willys never made a 4 door.
noooooo!
I was into this vehicle until I seen all that wood lol
Had a 53awd.not good at turnpike speeds too high rpms the overdrive 2wd was better w 4cyl .ohv .that continental engine had rod brg . troubles if driven hard.😎
Most jeeps never see a mile off road.
Why do you shove the camera up against the vehicle so close ? It makes viewing almost impossible.
Much of this one is very nice but the fake wood looks terrible, the lower half of the side and the top should be a different color like original. I had a 1962 Utility Wagon.
This is a Willys Overland Wagon. Not a Jeep.
fords new bronco commercial claims the 1965 ford bronco was the worlds first SUV. as if the many varieties of jeeps were not already on the market for many years, and not to mention land rover series 1 defender, toyota land cruiser, mahindra, and chevy suburban. now for 2020 the new ford bronco is a total copy of the jeep wrangler, having a convertible top, full roll cage, removable doors, drain plugs in the floor boards, and a side cutout door panel in the sides of the doors which are all a jeep copy, and even offering a four door bronco. such copycats, it embarrassing
That's why you don't own it.
Fake carb ect
