Also known as the 5th, or Throat Chakra, the vishuddha (or vishuddhi) is the centre that governs our speech and creative expression in the world. It’s balance will determine how honest you are, and how well you can express yourself with the people around you. It is through this chakra that we speak our choices and through this, we discover that our choices, no matter how small or unimportant that they may seem, have consequences. It is located at the base of the throat, in the V that is formed in the center of the collarbone.
If your throat chakra is not balanced, you will be unable to express yourself and will often be misinterpreted or misunderstood by others. You will probably be “wishy washy” or considered “flakey” or unreliable by the people in your life. Telling the truth and being honest with yourself is something you probably have a difficult time with, and giving mixed messages is likely something that has gotten you into trouble before. Until you find balance within the throat chakra, your life will remain the same - and nothing will ever work out in the way you would like it to.
Physical symptoms of a Throat Chakra Imbalance:
Throat lump, laryngitis, sore throat, tonsilitis, teeth problems, thrush, jaw problems (tmj), earaches, ear problems, sinus infections, thyroid problems, athritis in shoulders, sore shoulders or arms, neck problems, stress - may also exhibit an alcohol or drug dependency.
If your throat chakra is in balance you will have no problem expressing yourself in the world! You will be very creative, helpful, and may be good at offering people sound advice when it is asked for. You know what you want out of life and you are not afraid to ask for it, and what you ask for always seems to come to you with no, or little effort on your part! You are not afraid to express your weaknesses and people respect you for this. You are truly free when you can speak your truth.

I’m actually feeling this in the lower three, not just sacral. I hear what you are saying, though. Many times when I’ve tried to clear the throat I feel it in the sacral. Both get so easily blocked for me. (Sigh).

Started listing to these and Chanting HAM like Hhhaaaammmmm. Its working! My words come out more clear! I don't have anxiety when talking to strangers anymore. I can put the thoughts into words now, before I was a jumbled mess stumbling over my words. trembling in my voice and extreme social anxiety this stuff works!
First time listening to this throat chakra music while meditating and I had tears coming down my cheeks. This is really some powerful meditation music. I was made aware that I had my throat chakra blocked a few weeks ago and decided to give this music a try while meditating. I feel really good right now.

Continued listening for several hours, the more I listen the more energy blockages are being released inside of me i can feel weird orb like pulses inside my body where they originate then they move along the lines inside of me going somewhere. Where are these energy blockages being released to ? I feel such intense energies moving through my physical body
But a blockage is not a thing that would have to go somewhere, is it? If I may use such a crude example, imagine the energy flows through you in pipes. Now if a pipe was broken, the energy could not flow. When you repair it, the energy can flow again and probably will rush strongly in the beginning since it has been stemmed for so long.
(I know it´s been some time, but if you have figured it out in the meantime, perhaps others will come around and find this useful? :D)

@@Regina316 I thought the blockages had to be annihilated .. almost like if you imagine a kidney stone blocking a channel... certain frequencies can shatter the stones. So I often feel like we are moving the energy around these channels and when it reaches a block the energy vibrates on it and around it... sometimes it feels like I can feel the energy coming from below, then from one side then the other trying to break it apart from different angles, kind of like when you're trying to scrub away burnt on piece of food from a pot. Scrubbing one direction, then another, letting it soak, using hot water etc...I also read somewhere that some blocks are caused by excess calcium.. causing calcination on bones and in soft tissue... so same thing, they form like calcium crystals, so they need to be shattered. Magnesium and ACV can also help if Calcium is built up in your body. These calcium blocks may be more related to inhibiting your body to move as it should. So if you're neck has these crystals they will be removed so that you can straighten your neck properly so the energy can flow properly. Where as, the other blocks are more emotional and physical trauma debris that needs to be removed... not sure what material these types of blocks are but for example, in the brain, they may just be neuronal pathways that no longer serve... think like the ISP internet network of cables and wires at the back of a server at an office building... all jumbled up and running inefficiently... so the energy breaks these pathways and reconnects them more efficiently and cuts out what is no longer needed.
after surviving the heart chakra meditation, now this?!? :))) my higher chakras are sooo unbalanced.. the sounds are making me feel sooo weird. it's a real energy struggle here, I can feel the blockages.. not sure I'm gonna make it to the crown today. the lower chakras were easy to listen. I have complex ptsd. I usually don't listen to these at bedtime because I cannot sleep. Today after listening half way I started crying. I am realising now the uneasy feeling is the throat chakra healing as ptsd is related to throat chakra. I have been reliving past incidents, getting disturbed by sound, getting rage attacks, lost job and haven't been having a great life I tend to get absorbed in trauma. Any Idea how long will it take or when will I know I have been cured. Right now I feel this nausea, choked, puking feeling in my throat

Color combination of mandala excellent!! I was thinking why I couldn't feel my throat chakra and this one directly hit my throat!!. Regarding blockage when I very fiirst heard lower seed chakra I felt a strong pop up in my throat & I assumed that the blockage is removed.
Like someone said I too feel my root chakra vibrating.

Sometimes when I'm listening to this my soft and hard palates start to itch.
That's because you have a blockage in your throat chakra. Most dont understand this but an hour is not really beneficial. It takes 7-15 minutes just to warm your brain up to the frequency in the sound. That leaves only 45 minutes. It can take upwards of 60-100 hours to actually open a severely blocked chakra. The itching/pinprick/tingles is a/an strong sign of blockage. Speaking from experience. It took me many many hours to unblock my own and I'm still working on it. My neck was kinked in ways I never would have imagined but after listening for so long now I feel so incredibly happy and my neck is getting better every day. I can feel the vibrations release like pinched nerves or something in my neck like the vibrations are heating dense negative energies allowing them to move once again

I’ve also found that it’s the least-understood, or rather most-oversimplified of the chakras and maybe that’s why. Chakra sites and videos (including this one) only scratch the surface of the truth that is the Throat Chakra.
Keyword: Truth.
The root chakra is usually thought of as the “truth” one as you have to trust yourself to open it, but the Throat Chakra holds the key to your inner truth.
It is blocked by lies, even and especially those that we tell ourselves to hold ourselves back in life or not face the truth about ourselves. Start with that. What lies do you tell yourself to avoid coming to grips with reality? What miscommunication exists within your system to hold you back?
For me, answering that question blasted open my Throat Chakra on day 1 and caused a chain reaction of energy movement within my system that revealed my inner truth... although remember, you may see the truth and understand parts of it but it takes practice repeatedly meditating on and practicing each chakra to fully-grasp and accepting it.
It really is horrible that these sites keep making it sound like the Throat Chakra is a public speaking chakra or one about literal communication. It is the gateway to the subtle energies. It’s power transcends time itself, and will bring memories back as if they were happening in the present to help you see your inner truth (it happened to me). People will get very held back if they focus on the Throat Chakra on these oversimplified points about it.
I know that I am desperately in need of opening this Chakra. Do you have any advice?
Karen Rose it’s difficult, better read upon it and distance yourself from liars especially
Cause communicating authentically and honestly is your greatest challenge, and thus is the skill you need to work at to acquire. It helps if you play it accompanying something else, like the tv or music, or even 7.83 hz (Earth Frequency for meditation).
Or even get some work or hobby done and don't even try to focus on it.
Let your subconscious pick it up!

why i am feeling a lump in my throat

First time meditating to this one. Been having tooth related problems, even now my tooth is aching severely, it seems to be very sensitive after meal. Was staying away from this chakra as I read online saying that some see snakes while trying to activate this chakra. Hope it's not true. But I am still trying this out tonight, please wish me luck! Well the fact is 'U don't see snakes but when ur Vishuda chakra becomes active snakes can come around u bcoz they are highly sensitive and can perceive that dimension of energy..

Here's what I learned: the Visuddha transcends time. It connects to what you were, are, and will be. Perhaps you should visit a place from your past or childhood while considering this chakra. Read up on the chakra and ponder it. Wear blue. Listen to this or other beats.
When I visited a place from my past doing all that, I began to feel memory merge with present and the truth begin to manifest. This chakra is the key to the truth, the truth about yourself.
It's element is Ether, which I believe is the reason it transcends time.

It means that you need a weaker tone, then build yourself to this one until the frequency can be felt without music. That lump is a blockage. In the center of that lump is your chakra

You can, but for more lasting results its better to start from lower chakras.

it'll never sustain, psychic blockage builds up until right foundation isn't there. activation is never the problem, sustaining things is.
I think the best way to think of it is that the progress you make at the chakra won’t be permanent until you’ve opened the lower ones... but you cannot focus on the lower ones only until they are opened. You must focus on them all even if it doesn’t last. Think long term not short term: what you discover in a higher chakra may help you release a blockage in a lower one. For example, you may be lying to yourself in the Throat Chakra to avoid facing a fear in the Root Chakra... if you only focused on the root chakra until it opened (it won’t if you do it like that), you would never have realized that.

To awaken this chakra i have to work in lower chakras because the result can't be permanent if i begin with this one?
Personally i find it works better and the results last longer if you start from the lowest upward, they are the foundation for each higher chakra, they rely on one another and if not cleared they express wrongly and cause issues, example opening your throat chakra first without a good root or sacral means you may express and manifest your fears and seek to control others with your words and thus throw it and others further out of alignment. I spend 1 hour a day for 4 days on each chakra including mudras before moving upwards to the next chakra when i feel it is ready to sustain the following. Also working on a neighbor chakra further opens the chakra you just worked on and there are less issues with "overactive" chakras.
Just wondering, is it just me? but I find meditation music should have a nice flow and while this does, I find the piano not meditative but jarring.

well i want to be as honest as possible so if i hurt anyone or you dear youtube content creator please forgive me it wasn't my intention after your video i felt fear i normally use crystals to open my throat chakra and never experienced it maybe that the background music i just don't know,
i hold great appreciation to you and your content but the chills i felt like haunted like i am not alone at my home, like a presence and not the kind one at that,i had to use crystals to balance it out or i wouldn't able sleep i am so sorry i always watch your content i doing mediumship and working with entities of high vibration,
