Still true...especially when the songs are stripped down to their bear essentials (acoustic) it shows the true talent of the artists. On the flip side, it also exposes all the terrible, doctored voices out there that are running rampant-especially in Pop music.
I knew this song was big when I first heard it. Love the lyrics so much. It was my little sisters favorite. Rip Christy. ❤❤ She lived like she never wanted to know.
RIP Christy I can completely and wholeheartedly relate. Like a lot of fans of TI, this was the first song I heard. And, like you, I immediately knew it was something special. I bought the record soon after and never looked back (Still listen to it daily). My mom used to love listening to me singing songs from this album, but none more so than this one. I am eternally grateful that, thirteen years ago, I got to take her to see them live. Sadly, a year later, she herself would be one of those beautiful angels on the moon. Like your little sister, she too did not want to know. The reason I'm here today listening to this song, is that it was this very day, although twelve years ago, that she earned those wings. I will include you and Christy in my prayers tonight. God Bless and take care. 🤘♥️💯🎶
....Ой как круто!...Восхитительно!....Старый и добрый голос рок исполнителя....Как же мы соскучились по таким голосам!!!! ...Как же приятно слушать красивую музыку...! Потрясающий голос!
i've had this song stuck in my head ever since i heard it. the video is amazing and the way your voice just crawls into your head and not only recals our past but helps us patch it and move on. this song gives me hope and i hope that it does to everyone that hears it
He is absotively wonderful. It's always a relief when the singers sound just as good live as they do recorded, and he has charisma to go along with that awesome voice.
I had the privilege of listening and meeting these guys in a gig in Gainesville, FL years ago. They are truly awesome and the first live band I attended. Sad thing is I had all the bands autographs and lost my memorabilia to a break in. But still listening in 2019
i loooooooove this band and this song is just WOW, the singers voice truel gives me chills down my back.i dont know why but this song always seems to really touch me and it makes me sometimes cry

Always have loved this song. The guys voice is amazing.
Lovw this band..and this song is the song that has moved me more than any other for years!! and the vocal just gives me goos bumps...cant get it out of my mind X
i agree 100%. i've nevcer heard anything like him. when u hear him speak and sing it's two completely different things. So ya u're right there. i love his voice.
This song is kinda sad, but it is also god damn beautiful...! I don't know if it was the lead singer who wrote the lyrics to "Angels On The Moon" - But I want to let the writer know who ever it is: That this is the most beautiful song I have EVER heard in my entire life (I am usually into AC/DC) :D
@FreakPortal Haha I noticed that too..I was not gonna say anything cuz I thought I'd just get flamed away. I love how the camera also soon after zooms into the keyboard player as if they're saying "THIS IS THE GUY WHO SCREWED UP!" XD But meh, oh well..that little mistake doesn't take away from the beauty of the performance or their music. I love Clayton's voice.
I was nervous to see them live because I was afraid the lead singer's voice was "studio" only, but they did good. Got a fan out of the deal, i even bought a cd at the show.
PureBredRebel, The lyrics are actually very creative and although this isn't a direct interpretation of the song the lyrics basically describe a careless way of life. The story is meant to remind listeners to appreciate life, the ability to feel (literally and figuratively), and the magic of immagination and hope rather than dwelling on inevitability of death.
This is why I love Taylor Momsen and Clayton...they talk normal, but changes voice when they go over to their singing voice. Wow, not many people can do that naturally! :/
Man his voice is way better than most of the artists out today.
Another 7 years later and this is still accurate.
I agree with you. He have amazing voice
Still true...especially when the songs are stripped down to their bear essentials (acoustic) it shows the true talent of the artists. On the flip side, it also exposes all the terrible, doctored voices out there that are running rampant-especially in Pop music.
His voice live is just as good as recorded. This is RARE!

I knew this song was big when I first heard it. Love the lyrics so much. It was my little sisters favorite. Rip Christy. ❤❤ She lived like she never wanted to know.

my thoughts exactly..including the ac/dc bit
+JunkiesTube the drummer Scott wrote the song. He writes pretty much all of their songs.
Scott is the pianist, not the drummer.
Clayton, your voice! 🤤🥰
Great song, I love it!
Had to giggle a little at the piano mess up at 3:06 though and the 'look' off lead vocals ;)
his voice makes me feel so small but it kinda gives me the motivation to be like gaaah! im gonna bloody well try :')
Love this comment!
Best song by my opinion+ YALL ROCK

Notification squad 😂😂💜 oh am i too late
i love this song but i thought it was funny at 3:06/3:07 the dude on the piano messes up and clayton looks back and kinda smiles
haha
@FreakPortal Haha I noticed that too..I was not gonna say anything cuz I thought I'd just get flamed away. I love how the camera also soon after zooms into the keyboard player as if they're saying "THIS IS THE GUY WHO SCREWED UP!" XD

You ever heard one republic live soo good he was unbelievable
I was nervous to see them live because I was afraid the lead singer's voice was "studio" only, but they did good. Got a fan out of the deal, i even bought a cd at the show.

TheM0nsterUnderUrBed

When he sings it sounds like he was having 16 years old but their song is soooo good :)
I love this song! Love the voice. But talk about how a voice don't match the face.

the words, listen to the words...
This song helped me survive a brain tumor
Lifted
same here
@chcskater610 Holy crap, as soon as I read this, I scrolled up and he was staring right at the camera. Needless to say it rustled my jimmies.
@cannuck1 Yeah I heard it.....but at least we know that its not prerecorded....
drummers beastin it up.!.haha.lol.
he looks so fuckin sizzled
When I first heard this song I thought a kid was singing it!
I thought its a girl
It's called singing in falsetto. Research the Bee Gee's, the lead singer also sang differently, but they became very very popular.
This is why I love Taylor Momsen and Clayton...they talk normal, but changes voice when they go over to their singing voice. Wow, not many people can do that naturally! :/
the pianist plays wrong at 3:06 haha. love this song.
3:05 is that when he messes up? It wasn't thaaat bad...
His voice is so sexy! :) ties the whole sing together.
3:07 piano mess upppp!
clayton talks so normal but his voice changes completely when he sings D:
Yeah the keyboards messed up a lil on 2:58 but it's all good thriving ivory is still a great band, we are all humans and we make mistakes.....
Ronnie Sanchez I noticed that
omg! wen da lead singer talked in hiz normal voice it sounded a little like Justin Timberlake!!!!
3:06 D:
3:05
whoops
Hehe :) Yeap.
@jokerbond lol i see where your going
I think I can... I have quiet a similar tone...
