- A senior Kurdish commander warns thousands of radicalised women and children are recreating an ISIS caliphate inside camps in Syria.
Violent punishment attacks are increasing and in recent weeks there have been more than a dozen murders.

Taliban still exist because it is impossible to wipe them out. I recently watched a series called 'The Promise' and in both past and present timelines it shows how easy it is for terrorists and extremists to blend in with one another. And, IMO, it makes how soldiers react and treating everyone as a threat much more understandable because you don't know who could pull a detonator or knife and kill you. I think that is what makes these organisation even more terrifying. They are almost indistinguishable from the rest of society and can't easily be identified.

“If they ever gained strength, they would surely corrupt the whole of the earth, Iraq and Syria (Shaam) - they would not leave a baby, male or female, neither a man or a woman, because as far as they are concerned the people have caused corruption, a corruption that cannot be rectified except by mass killing.”

These are extremely complex issues that have variables ranging from foreign intervention, corrupt leaders, uneducated civilians, extreme poverty, nationalism, acts of desperation, I mean the list goes on.
