Thanks Julia!! I was so honored to be able to get them, it was such a fun thing to do and so generous of LA Finch! I’m working on a tutorial now for one of them I hope you’ll like 😃
I Love the second fabric, would make a great Midi skirt, or Palazzo pants, & the Dark floral one would make a great dress, with 3 quarter length bell sleeves maybe. What am I saying they were all nice. Lol. Look forwards to seeing what you create with them all. Thanks for sharing, & take care of yourself to. ❤🙂🐶
Yes it is!!! One Tree Hill was filmed in Wilmington NC which is only a couple hours away from me so I got it there 😃 Although I’m sure they have them online too. Glad to see someone recognize it haha!
Hello and nice to see you. All fabrics are so lovely so I hope you will welcome some ideas for you creations.. I thought the second fabric would make some culottes and the the non stretch would make a layered Maxi skirt or Gypsy skirt as we used to call them in the 70s. looking forward to your tutorials you bring so much inspiration to all you viewers.xx
Sweaters or wrap skirts for the black and white. Okay would cover those pillows very nicely. Pretty boho fabric would make very pretty 3/4 sleeved wrap dress.
Thanks!! The only time I’ve worked with tulle was making a tutu for a cosplay a few years ago where I used the method where you make an elastic waistband and then tie the pieces of tulle around it to make the poofy skirt. I’ve never used it otherwise!
Hey Kemi! So sorry for the delay in responding - I’m just catching up on comments after being sick for a bit. Did you mean stretch fabric? If so I always use ball point needles! If you go to my most recent sewing tutorial I should have a link to the ones I always use in the description box. Thanks for watching!
I haven’t quite mastered a jumpsuit yet but I’ll definitely try to make a tutorial on it if I ever make one with a fit I like! Thanks for the suggestion!
I look forward to seeing what you will make with these fabrics. Its lovely to see how happy and grateful you are to receive them. 😍
