I had the privilege of watching these amazing aircraft fly over my head daily where I grew up. I heard the big gun up from everyday. Charleston Arkansas, has a bomb range right behind the city lake. That’s the sound of freedom.

Over here near Vilonia and Greenbrier we see C-130’s almost everyday. They fly really low and it’s fun to look at and watch.

I don't know why they want to retire this craft. Nearly 50 years in service, and it never disappoints. I'd rather take these than an F35 for close air support.
