My current age is 27years 9months The problem is in my state (bihar) my caste comes in obc list. But in central list my caste is not mentioned in any of the lists ( means nowhere it is mentioned). Sir this time I think that I am fully prepared to write the exam.. So I just wanted to know that whether I can apply through obc or not? Because according to general age limit i can't apply

Sir is any prior programming knowledge is required in the OCES training and in order to do research in BARC? I am from electrical engineering branch and I have interest in nuclear reactor design. Besides will I get any additional advantage over others in the interview if I show that I have basic knowledge of nuclear engineering in my CV?
