THANK YOU, I'm not the only one who actively watches Blue's Clues as a teenager. Hell, I watch most of these as a teenager. Mr. Roger's Neighborhood and Sesame Street especially.
revisiting this video specifically to hear you talk about Lazytown....feels appropriate. I want so much more life for Stefan Karl, but if he has to go....I hope he knows the impact him and that little show that could had on everyone who saw it. I'm trying to become ok with the idea of losing someone I look up to as much as I do him. The memories will all be good, and his Robbie Rotten will live forever, but damn does it hurt.

I never watched Mr Roger's Neighbourhood when I was little. In fact I don't think it was on in my home at all but I heard good things about it (minus THOSE 2 episodes). Though I have to say that the voice quality here is... Non-existent. WTF.

Ayy remember when Mr. Hooper died and Sesame Street had to do an episode about death on the fly? And remember how it was handled with respect and integrity? And how nowadays networks will make up excuses for a character's absence? Sesame Street remains my favorite educational show airing today, and that opinion hasn't changed for my whole seventeen years of life.
Pokémon Trainer Connor ポケモントレーナーコナー it was good they did a episode for death cuz a loved ones death is a big moment in your life and them teaching kids how to handle it is great👍 now in days, it's always a villain or someone scarfing themselves who dies and it doesn't teach you anything about how it would feel for someone were to die in real life.
That Hooper scene actually made me cry when I saw it. It was all done in one take by the crew and we very much see real emotion from all of them. One of the most raw, beautiful, bold scenes I've seen in children's entertainment.
I always had such fond memories of Lazytown, but I actually thought it was so amazing that my brain had made it all up! (That's just how amazing it was). But then the memes came crashing and I realized that the show was actually just _that_ amazing!
I actually didn’t know lazy town was popular until people started making memes. I thought I was that one kid who loves that one show that no one has ever heard of. I’m so glad I was wrong
A show that I grew up with that not too many people know about is Out of The Box, a live action kids show that aired 1998 - 2004 on Playhouse Disney. The show was focused around crafts and performing arts, using those to convey its morals a lot of the time. It was based around using your imagination which is why I took to it so much. It's messages were really good for kids and adults, like learning how to take care of pets or dealing with being scared. If you can find some episodes online I'd definitely recommend you check it out.
I remember Lazy Town I only watched few episodes until I feel grown up from it but since you put on the list I thought I give it a chance and for the remembrance of the actor who played Robbie Rotten I actually thought it was more for kids than being the best kids show ever
AH so long since I heard that name. I miss it so....I think my mother has all the old VHSs for that somewhere... I might need to hunt them down.... It's been to long I kinda wanna rewatch for old times sake.
Blue's Clues is a masterpiece. Mr. Roger's Neighborhood is a masterpiece. The Muppets is a masterpiece. Lazytown is a masterpiece. You know what, everything on this list is a pure masterpiece
I really suggest watching In Our Own Words its a PBS documentary series and the Jim Henson episode is a really good. I really suggest they episode if your interested
What's the story Wishbone, what's this your dreaming of? Such a Big imagination, from such a little pup! What's the Story Wishbone, do you think it's worth a look? It kinda seems familiar, like a story from a book. Shake a leg now Wishbone, let's wag another Tale. Sniffin' out adventure, with Wishbone on the Trail. Come on Wishbooooooooooone, What's the Story Wishbone!? 'Panflutes' What's the Story Wishbone!? 'Panflutes again' What's the story Wishbone!? 'More Panflutes, more songs need panflutes.' What's the Story Wishbone!? Bark! I remembered half of that, the other half i had to re listen to to get the lyrics right.
That clip of Mr.Rogers singing to that little boy about liking him just the way he is always makes me cry. Fred Rogers was such a great an amazing man and so happy I had the privilege of watching and learning from him.
I’m 14 now and my brother just turned 12 today. He has autism, so my parents and I work really hard to find good shows for him. When he was 4, he adored Sesame Street. It made him feel normal. We would both watch and it was a legitimately good show.
We also both loved the muppets. Every time we’d go to the library around the corner from our house, we would scavenge the movie section for as many muppet dvds as possible. He loved Animal, and would clap his hands and giggle at almost everything he did.
Yes! Not only are his mannerisms and pace perfect for a children's show host, he seems to fully understand the balance needed to create quality children's entertainment that's both enjoyable and educational without patronizing it's audience.
I was born in the early 80's, when kid's shows were finally getting good, and I watched them until my teens,so I've seen SO many good kid's shows! I liked Pinwheel, Reading Rainbow, Today's Special, Slim Goodbody, Sharon, Lois & Bram's Elephant Show, Zoobillee Zoo, Eureka's Castle, Adventures in Wonderland, Gullah Gullah Island, Between the Lions, and Allegra's Window. I hope there are still great live action kids on the air.
StickMaster500 tf2 is dead. Sure ut still has players but slow updates, less content creators and most importantly less creative fandom... sad it became poor man's overwatch.
I love all three The Muppets, Sesame Street and Lazy Town, both for their colorful characters and enriching storytelling, I was sad to find out that they actually made a distinct Sesame Street for the Latin American audience, and I didn't knew that the Sesame Street I used to watch wasn't this one, but I still love it of course, similar to The Muppets with their wacky adventures, funny musical numbers, and also the recent theatrical films have been and absolute blast!, though I'm sad they cancelled the new ABC show, now that's a damn shame, and Lazy Town with the great energy of the songs, the characters, and Stephanie's positivism was what I loved the most from the show, I used to have a crush on Stephanie when I was a kid, haha
I love how though Sesame Street is meant for kids. Adults watch this and love it Oh, and last but not least... R.I.P Stefan Karl, you are one of our childhood heroes and you will always be the number one...
Francisco Magalhães I just assumed it was taken out because of copyright. Either that or the source tape was terrible. Edit: Ah, it's a technical issue.
I still stand by what I suggested the first time I ever talked to you on Skype chat, you would make an AMAZING voice actor. I swear, if I didn't know it was you talking when you do those different voices I would never know it was you. Your voice range is incredible, it's almost like you're an Australian Mel Blanc!
I absolutely LOVE all these choices for kid shows you said Josh nice job! There are also other shows like CyberChase, Magic School Bus, Arthur, Reading Rainbow, Theodore Tugboat, Jay Jay the Jet Plane, BackYardigans, Little Bill, Will and Dewit, and Between the Lions!!
@@SuperDavidBrothers thanks for the reply! A lot for these shows I actually forgot about until I see an image or video of them then it's like "oh man I remember watching that!"
Blues Clues was legit my favorite show growing up. It was just so fun and creative. And I liked Seasame Street as well, especially Elmo's World which I'm sad that they don't give anymore. I didn't watch the Muppets when growing up, but I at least like the modern live action movies. And I remember seeing LazyTown as an kid as well. While I enjoyed it, I remember being very weirded out that all the characters save for Sportacus, Stephanie and Robbie Rotten were puppets. Maybe it's 'cause puppets creep me out, but it still felt über-weird, since they were humans instead of animal-like creatures like in Seasame Street and Muppets.
Yeah I'm surprised he didn't mention the puppets. The way this show combines puppetry with live-action is really unique so it would be interesting to hear what he had to say about it.
Aww, I remember Lazy Town and trying to do the jumps around the house, I mean my mom wasn't a fan of it, but I still love the show. And watch it whenever I can find it on tv.
@@chelseaslife5913 I remember I watched an episode once and one time only, but I loved it so much but i could not remember the name to save my life and then I saw it come up in my recommended for some reason and I was so happy XD I got hit with so mich nostalgia.
Here's my thoughts Strider: 6. Blues Clues was a fun children's show. I've always watched it with my nephew and of course, during my high school while I've change the change channel to Noggin. 5. I've missed this show. I'm glad that he shown respect to a disabled kid while they reunite for a good dedication. Now Fred Rogers Foundation has made a reboot children's show, "Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood" and it was so so good. Cute show with a little tiger and going explore more things like Rogers does. 4. Didn't seen this. 3. I've always stuck of watching Muppets, but it makes laugh to watch these over the top puppets. 2. Heard of it and that villain always been memes every single time. - I like Bill Nye. - I like The Wiggles - I like the Upside Down Show. - The rest of I have never heard of it. 1. Sesame Street will always the best educational children's show until the time comes out.
OMG The Upside Down Show was such a huge part of my childhood! I don't hear people talk about it much but I remember staying up each night to catch it on Nick Jr. It was just so much fun going on imaginary adventures with those guys!
Huh. Didn't know you could juggle, Strider. Sorry, I know it's off-topic. Hooray for Julia and her very well researched puppeteer! As a sister of an "aspie" (someone with Asberger's syndrome) it's FANTASTIC. Also, thanks for making The Upside Down Show an honorable mention. That show was a big part of my childhood.
Rach Frisella I have Asperger's, too, and I love that they included Julia on Sesame Street. The lady who voices her has an autistic son in real life, so she has some experience with the behavioral aspect. I especially love the part where Julia and Alan go up to the roof and do some deep breathing to help Julia calm down after she gets upset from hearing very loud sirens (which I can relate to, because I get bothered a lot by loud noises, especially at work). I'm also glad that they made the autistic character a girl because a lot of times girls with autism go undiagnosed, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think autism (or at least Asperger's) used to be thought of as a "boy's disorder" or something.
The amount of effort put into this character is amazing. I really like the little details, like her holding her own hands. I never even noticed that I do that myself regularly!
Im an aspie and i hate being one but still enjoy the julia. also who saw that seen when elmo and julia staring @ the stars and thot "well now ships have really gone 2 far
Gosh, every time I see Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood, I feel like I'm going to cry. Not only was he such an inspiration for kids, but he was one of the kindest souls this planet has ever given us. I always watched that show as a kid. I even watch any kind of reruns PBS offers. He will always have a special place in my heart. There will never be another Mr. Rogers. 😖❤☮

AWWW YEA! The Upside Down Show was my jam!!!! I remember only being able to watch it sometimes (because it was on at nine, and I had an early bedtime), but when I did stay up to watch it, my family would laugh so much! In fact, we still love that show to this day!
I'm really glad you mentioned The Upside Down Show. It first came out when I was 9, but ever since I got my whole family to watch it, we have been cult followers. I'm 19 now, my brother is 22, and my sister is 16, but we still crack up over every single little thing Shane and David do. "Shane, did you smear honey on the ceiling again?" "Maybe..."
J Smith No. Daniel Tiger was one of the puppets used on Mister Roger's Neighborhood. Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood was a spin off of Mister Rogers and it indeed fucking sucks.
My little sister likes the show so I'm constantly listening it while I'm around her and there's this one cat character that says "meow meow" after every other sentence and it constantly makes me want to die
trash for mystic messenger That's Henrietta Pussycat's daughter. In Mister Rogers Neighborhood, Henrietta's habit was to say "meow meow" at random points in a sentence, so that was carried over to this show as well. That said, it isn't nearly as endraring in Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood as it is in Mister Rogers Neighborhood.
The pure feeling of nostalgia I had when watching this countdown made my day. I'm loving your videos! You have such a soothing voice to listen to that you could make describing a blank sheet of paper entertaining! Thank you for bringing this out there for the world to enjoy, and I hope you keep at it for at least 48 years! ;)
Mermaid Boy Lazy Town was part of Noggin, I don't know how old you are, but I grew up on Noggin, and it was way better than Nick Jr. Blues Clues and Max & Ruby were part of both
Blues clues was more educative than dora because it taught me about solving problems and taking my time with certain situations rather than yelling at my tv and leaving my house without adult supervision like dora
0:22 it is so good teletubbies are not on this list, after watching teletubbies black & white it creeped me out so badly, I never watched teletubbies again
@Antoinette Okala: If there was ANY conceivable way that Teletubbies, of all possible things, made it onto this list given the quality and messages that the other shows are trying to teach on this list, I'd probably lose faith in humanity. Teletubbies has to be one of the most cringe-worthy and brainless children's shows I've ever seen, and I could never stomach watching it.
Blue's Clues and Lazytown were my childhood. I love those two shows, along with other shows, and I love the "You Are a Pirate" song; and - of course - Stefan Karl is dearly missed. Rest in peace Stefan Karl. Awesome video Strider! I loved it :)
Honestly The Muppets hold a special place in my heart, I grew from being scared of them as a child, to loving them after seeing The Christmas Carol movie, to having their 2011 movie be my top movie of all time. I seriously cannot express how much I love The Muppets' many incarnations, from the 70's TV show to today's movies, they have to be some of the most resilient and versatile characters of all time.
I really suggest watching In Our Own Words its a PBS documentary series and the Jim Henson episode is a really good. I really suggest they episode if your interested
EctoplasmPhantom I didn't know it was on Netflix, My school has a media library app thingy that the teachers log onto. It only allows things that are suitable for schools so I am guessing that that is why it is on there.
monsterhighghoul27 I am talking about the recent version in which Bill Nye has been abducted and brainwashed by the Alien race known simply as SJW and now spouts ridiculous garbage like sex being on a spectrum and gender being a social construct. I was joking about that because you didn't specify.
I think Little Bear was a beautiful and imaginative show, even now. The art style and characters are both well done and thought out. But what do I know, I'm only thirteen. But still leave a like if you agree.
Little Bear always felt like a slow yet calming Sunday morning scenario; the family arriving home from church, the husband in his favorite chair reading the newspaper while his wife watches their kids as they are invested in their favorite show, all while the dog sleeps near a warm fireplace. The husband would peek behind the paper to view his family, knowing that he is living the good life
Kameron Biggs I actually used to watch it on Sunday afternoons with my sister! It was a very calming, beautifully written show that certainly fits the mood you described.
I love Little Bear! It was so imaginative. It made you feel like you were on an adventure, but you still felt safe the whole way through. Rupert (1997) had the same feel, and I love that show as well.
Beakman has always had a special place in my life and heart, I watched him ALL the time as a kid, and so when you gave him a spot on the list, it actually made me shed a tear, it left a massive hole in my heart when it got canceled, so thank you for including it on the list!

SHOOT! I PRESSED THE ALL CAPS BUTTON!
OMG!! I remember watching Beakman' s World and Lazytown all the time when I was around five or six. So many memories!
Yep, depressing.
+PhantomStrider beautiful
Pokémon Trainer Connor ポケモントレーナーコナー Not true. Glee and The Big Bang Theory handled them very well.
@Puglavender666 why?
This is one of the most EXPENSIVE children’s show in history
welp, i cried. just felt so nice to hear good things about my fav childhood series
Wicked Wendigo
I definitely would after reading what you just said. :)
I loved out of the box it was awesome
I loved that show as a kid. I also loved Between The Lions and Bear In The Big Blue House.
Sure you can and can you please make the second part of this video, please?
*_"OCTAGON"_*
^
^ number 2
...can be found in a New Zealand city known as Dunedin
I remember Lazy Town I only watched few episodes until I feel grown up from it but since you put on the list I thought I give it a chance and for the remembrance of the actor who played Robbie Rotten
I actually thought it was more for kids than being the best kids show ever
I used to lovd the Big Comfy Couch
Alyzia I can't like this enough.
I remember LOVING that show. BUT the Dust Bunnies used to scare the crap out me when I was little. LOL
AH so long since I heard that name. I miss it so....I think my mother has all the old VHSs for that somewhere...
I might need to hunt them down....
It's been to long I kinda wanna rewatch for old times sake.
Alyzia yes me and sisters loved that show 💗💗💗💗💗
Omg my dad said that I watched like this one scene from that show like every day
Blue's Clues is a masterpiece.
I really suggest they episode if your interested
lazytown suck ass
I completely agree with you! :)
As someone likes reading I used to love Reading Rainbow, Between the Lions, and Wishbone.
My first ever backpack was from Between the Lions!!! :D
Oh yeah, both Reading Rainbow and Wishbone were good.
I remember watching Between the Lions. The only part I remember really clearly was the Cliffhanger part
'Panflutes'
What's the Story Wishbone!?
'Panflutes again'
What's the story Wishbone!?
'More Panflutes, more songs need panflutes.'
What's the Story Wishbone!?
Bark!
I remembered half of that, the other half i had to re listen to to get the lyrics right.
Between the Lions was so good; I loved that show as a child
My son has autism as well and when I saw Julia tears came to my eyes and my son loves her.
@@Flutter_Aeina Awesome, Dude.
I think PhantomStrider should be a live action kids show host
Sluffnout Thorston Worth a shot, I think! :D👍
Sluffnout Thorston Yes! He has such a lovely, soothing voice!
Yes! Not only are his mannerisms and pace perfect for a children's show host, he seems to fully understand the balance needed to create quality children's entertainment that's both enjoyable and educational without patronizing it's audience.
Sluffnout Thorston my god that's a good idea
Sluffnout Thorston narrator more likely
I was born in the early 80's, when kid's shows were finally getting good, and I watched them until my teens,so I've seen SO many good kid's shows! I liked Pinwheel, Reading Rainbow, Today's Special, Slim Goodbody, Sharon, Lois & Bram's Elephant Show, Zoobillee Zoo, Eureka's Castle, Adventures in Wonderland, Gullah Gullah Island, Between the Lions, and Allegra's Window. I hope there are still great live action kids on the air.
Thank God for Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood. What a nice guy.
Lazy Town *NOT* at Number One?
This is a monstrous thing that will go down in history!
piss
What are you doing in a non- tf2 video.
StickMaster500 tf2 is dead. Sure ut still has players but slow updates, less content creators and most importantly less creative fandom... sad it became poor man's overwatch.
Robin the Paladin that meme didnt even save his life, he was still very rich and his friends would be the same
Ivuul Korol Omg, that is the best news I've heard all week!
I kinda remember Lazy Town but I didn't watch it in English I always watched it in Spanish lol
Genessis Ramirez i have watched some episodes
Genessis Ramirez I remember watching it as a kid and not really liking it to much. Looking back on it though, it was actually pretty good.
Genessis Ramirez cute profile pic
same
Genessis Ramirez me too
I love all three The Muppets, Sesame Street and Lazy Town, both for their colorful characters and enriching storytelling, I was sad to find out that they actually made a distinct Sesame Street for the Latin American audience, and I didn't knew that the Sesame Street I used to watch wasn't this one, but I still love it of course, similar to The Muppets with their wacky adventures, funny musical numbers, and also the recent theatrical films have been and absolute blast!, though I'm sad they cancelled the new ABC show, now that's a damn shame, and Lazy Town with the great energy of the songs, the characters, and Stephanie's positivism was what I loved the most from the show, I used to have a crush on Stephanie when I was a kid, haha
There are several regional variations of Sesame street, even an Israeli one.
the brazilian sesame street is so good, but is kinda sad that we dont have the opportunity to see the original dubbed
When do the LT characters stop singing?
I love how though Sesame Street is meant for kids. Adults watch this and love it
Oh, and last but not least...
R.I.P Stefan Karl, you are one of our childhood heroes and you will always be the number one...
You mean parents?
@@bunnychanuniverse847 no they don’t
Am I the only one who couldn't hear the mr.rogers clips
Francisco Magalhães same with me
Not sure why this happened.. I triple-checked it on my speakers and it was fine. Sorry about that >_
Francisco Magalhães I could hear it fine
Francisco Magalhães I just assumed it was taken out because of copyright. Either that or the source tape was terrible.
Edit: Ah, it's a technical issue.
I think it was silent in one ear.
KentuckyWallChicken I second this! :D
no he wouldn't his voice sucks ass and you are a dumbass for comparing him to mel
Well, y'know, it's just my silly personal opinion :P
no j is right mel was a master but with some proper training or even a bit more practice he could be pretty awesome
These shows were a part of my childhood and many others also and I am glad we all have something in common we love these shows!
Just clicked the vid, Lazy Town BETTER be #1.
Who am I kidding, it already is
Jerrie the claun It's second

JB's Movies Hey! Ruining people's dreams is my job!
Jerrie the claun Dang that was a good reference

I absolutely LOVE all these choices for kid shows you said Josh nice job! There are also other shows like CyberChase, Magic School Bus, Arthur, Reading Rainbow, Theodore Tugboat, Jay Jay the Jet Plane, BackYardigans, Little Bill, Will and Dewit, and Between the Lions!!
Thanks for mentioning Cyberchase! I used to get up early before school just to watch it haha.
@@Claudia-tm9dr I just watched it after school instead of before school lol.
@@SuperDavidBrothers thanks for the reply! A lot for these shows I actually forgot about until I see an image or video of them then it's like "oh man I remember watching that!"
@@Claudia-tm9dr I actually don't forget about them at all man as I see people talk about them on the internet all the time lol!!
He has another list where he includes some of these.
Admit it, we all clicked on this just for LazyTown.
Michael Rosen ........
Michael Rosen I didn't
Don't think I ever heard of Lazytown before this.
Michael Rosen-I hate that show. It always weirded me out.
No.
I can smell the memes coming in the comments
Nathaniel Arndt
Then what's the term for that? I just wanna know
Jolisa J *We are number one*
Nathaniel Arndt they become stale.
Darkevergreen they are just just 'no longer famous' memes if you have a shorter version go ahead and say/type it please do it
Jolisa J *SMELL THOSE MEMES. COULDN'T YOU JUST DRINK IT LIKE BOOZE?*
I have to say: The LazyTown puppets were well-made and looked very cute, but I still felt uncomfortable when they were shown as a full body.
Yeah I'm surprised he didn't mention the puppets. The way this show combines puppetry with live-action is really unique so it would be interesting to hear what he had to say about it.
Crono Sapien Wait....they don't do Elmo's World anymore? I'm an adult, but that actually makes me kind of sad!
Morgan Gobin Yeah, it's just reruns just to give older viewers nostalgia and show younger kids what we watched when we were their age.
Seeing blue's clues again just puts a smile on my face. I loved watching that show so much when I was younger!
*gasp* OCTAGON
I remember me and my sisters watching Lazytown and ask mom sports candy after the episode.
Aww, I remember Lazy Town and trying to do the jumps around the house, I mean my mom wasn't a fan of it, but I still love the show. And watch it whenever I can find it on tv.
Any robots in the show
Thank you! I watched the Upsidedown show as a kid, but I forgot the title, and I've been trying to find the show ever since
R/B The Toku Hufflepuff omg same I completely forgot this show’s name until it was mentioned. That was my childhood.
@@chelseaslife5913 I remember I watched an episode once and one time only, but I loved it so much but i could not remember the name to save my life and then I saw it come up in my recommended for some reason and I was so happy XD I got hit with so mich nostalgia.
I wish lazytown Was
Number One
Ah i see what you did there
This will go down in history
I know but Sesame Street is great too.
Here's my thoughts Strider:
- I like The Wiggles
- I like the Upside Down Show.
- The rest of I have never heard of it.
1. Sesame Street will always the best educational children's show until the time comes out.
"WE ARE NUMBER ONE"but everytime it say one It's the BEE MOVIE
Jim Souch but every bee is the nutshack theme
Ya like jazz
Nintendofan7 no but I like doughnuts jelly filled are my favorite
YA LIKE JAZZ!!!!
+Gabe Myers but for every time the word "nut" is said, it is played in Major G.
Bear in the Big Blue House
Yes.
Bear in the big blues clues
Johnny Bandana is a Good show
ToastyMann
That would be a good crossover.
Goodbye Goodbye good friends goodbye
OMG The Upside Down Show was such a huge part of my childhood! I don't hear people talk about it much but I remember staying up each night to catch it on Nick Jr. It was just so much fun going on imaginary adventures with those guys!
I KNOW RIGHT?
I used to love this show so much as a kid!
"Press the 'play button' on your remote"
"THAT'S THE UPSIDE DOWN BUTTON!"
Anger management was a thing on "Blue's Clues"?
Totally! It really was an awesome show.
PhantomStrider oh absolutely. That was a big one in my opinion back in my day 😁
Monique Star Absolutely. It was actually a very powerful episode
Monique Star It was definitely a thing when I was watching it
Monique Star same with feelings, preparing for a baby in the family, and dealing with shyness.
Blues Clues...
Lazy Town...
Muppets...
Ah, the nostalgia :D

Lazytown isn't Number 1!? I'M TRIGGERED!!!
We are number...
...two?
Layztown is awesome, but homage must be paid to the king.
#WEARENUMBERONE!
That's fucking old.
Same TRIGGREED
The saddest moment of all time was when Joe replaced Steve.
The amazing thing about Mr. Rogers was that by all accounts he was the same in real life as he was in the show.

Lazy Town was my FAVOURITE show
Phoenix_ Ravenclaw same as me
Rolling Rom dwhen he got into the top three i was like " Well i guess he is not adding lazytown to the list..😞 then papow, L-L-L-LAZYTOWN 😂👍😊😂❤️❤️
Same!
I'm really glad you mentioned The Upside Down Show. It first came out when I was 9, but ever since I got my whole family to watch it, we have been cult followers. I'm 19 now, my brother is 22, and my sister is 16, but we still crack up over every single little thing Shane and David do.
"Shane, did you smear honey on the ceiling again?"
"Maybe..."
Lazy town used to be my life. I danced and sang to the songs all the time ;-; it gave me such happiness
*sees Robbie Rotten in thumbnail*
*clicks*
Fun fact. Mr Rodgers neighbour hood was remade into an animated show called Daniel Tigers Neighborhood, and it sucks 😞
uh no those two shows have nothing to do with each other Daniel tigers was based on kids books
That man is rolling in his grave at the vapid stupidity of Daniel tigers neighborhood.
facts:
1. in the UK version of Blues Clues they had a guy called kevin
2. Daniel tiger's neighborhood is a spin off of Mr. Roger's neighborhood
The pure feeling of nostalgia I had when watching this countdown made my day. I'm loving your videos! You have such a soothing voice to listen to that you could make describing a blank sheet of paper entertaining! Thank you for bringing this out there for the world to enjoy, and I hope you keep at it for at least 48 years! ;)
Blues Clues and Max and Ruby are the best Nick Jr. Shows (Excluding Lazy Town)
Love blues clues
Mermaid Boy Lazy Town was part of Noggin, I don't know how old you are, but I grew up on Noggin, and it was way better than Nick Jr. Blues Clues and Max & Ruby were part of both
Mermaid Boy oh my childhood, my brother loved blues clues when he was little
Mermaid Boy I just hate Ruby. She constantly makes Max do things he doesn't wanna do. Ever since episode 1!
Mermaid Boy Technically, Lazy Town is from Sprout
Does anyone remember Charlie and Lola? It came on Nick Jr?
No..? Just me?
Debria Orr-Sequira Just looked it up, I do remember that. It wasn't on for long was it?
mushroomdude123 I don't think so, it only had a season or two
Fandom_Stuck Are those the group of men that sing? Like the wiggles but I think they had a girl in the group?
yes
Fandom_Stuck Imagination Movers? That was a good one.
Rip Stefan Karl
1975 - 2018
Blues clues was more educative than dora because it taught me about solving problems and taking my time with certain situations rather than yelling at my tv and leaving my house without adult supervision like dora
0:22 it is so good teletubbies are not on this list, after watching teletubbies black & white it creeped me out so badly, I never watched teletubbies again
Antoinette Okala I always loved teletubbies as a kid I havent watched it since
Antoinette Okala me too lol
@Antoinette Okala: If there was ANY conceivable way that Teletubbies, of all possible things, made it onto this list given the quality and messages that the other shows are trying to teach on this list, I'd probably lose faith in humanity. Teletubbies has to be one of the most cringe-worthy and brainless children's shows I've ever seen, and I could never stomach watching it.
My mum wouldn't let me watch it because it scared her.
I saw that show as a kid and rewatched it by accident recently, pretty sure I suffer from some kind of PTSD because of that show
I loved Out of the Box and Bear in the Big Blue House and zoboomafoo!
Yes! All three were among my s**t back in the day! Thanks for mentioning them!
BMO Replace "Bear..." with "Shining Time Station", and that's my trinity.
I LOVED BEAR IN THE BIG BLUE HOUSE.
OMG Zaboomafoo I remember that show and I loved that show thanks to that show I knew what lemurs and garbanzo beans were from a young age
out of the box and zoboomafoo were pretty great. . . but bear in the big blue house was kind of creepy
Bill nye gets shown in my science class..... I'm 16 XD
monsterhighghoul27 I WANT TO GO TO YOUR SCHOOL!!!
Why would they show the netflix show in your class?
potaNINOOO !!! Lols it only happens near the end of term tho ☺
Harry Potter Fan 13 Truer words have never been spoken!
Harry Potter Fan 13 Oh man, I would buy the Blu-Ray of it if they sold them.
Beakman has always had a special place in my life and heart, I watched him ALL the time as a kid, and so when you gave him a spot on the list, it actually made me shed a tear, it left a massive hole in my heart when it got canceled, so thank you for including it on the list!
So many of these were my childhood and I seriously loved them. I AM 11 but when I was really little like 3.... *my childhood*
Ur childhood isn't over duh
