i main karthus, and the first time i played arena Karthus is a good pick to play, low cd, great late, bejeweled gauntlet Q punish everyone like a drunk stepfather XDDD
Listen buddy, u gotta try Decapitator Karthus , its the new prismatic item that gives you 3% ult dmg for every stack and does 120% bonus dmg on full stacks. It legit does 3k dmg without any broken augements. I had JG and Chain lighting once and my ult did 10k.

I won’t make another vid but the simplest/safest way is rod of ages for mana and rite of ruin as core. Can get seraphs if you won’t lose in two rounds, Rylais good if she misses a lot, liandrys vs tanks, shadowflame vs squishy, finish with rabadon. I only played karthus for the vid so take it with a grain of salt.
