  • Project and installation teams of Jägermeister and Schubert reminisce about the successful installation of a line for the flexible packaging of spirits into cases. “This was in fact one of the fastest machine commissionings I have ever experienced”, emphasizes Bettina Riemenschneider-Schilling, Supply Chain Management / Head of Filling Centers at Jägermeister.
From the project’s initial planning phase, to visits at Schubert’s headquarters, the line’s assembly process as well as the successful site installation, Schubert was able to not only meet but to clearly exceed Jägermeister’s expectations. The huge satisfaction is based on reciprocity, not only Jägermeister’s but also Schubert’s expectations were excelled. The secret lies in early involvement of all parties, mutual trust, team-work and passion for both, the customer’s and the supplier’s products.

I have to say that was a clean looking machine. What servo drives are you using? I love the Igus chain usage and wire routing. Just goes to show what good planning can achieve.
