Ye. In my lifetime I’ve only had one cramp. My periods are generally completely painless. The weird thing is, is that I sometimes get ill the week leading up to my period. But then once I’m actually on my period I’m fine (other than the occasional back pain)

Not because Austin basically just temporarily blacked out, but because he wanted to understand what a lot of us ladies go through every month! Mine get so bad, I can’t even get out of bed, but I still go to work regardless, so thanks guys! I just started following and watching your content, and I was sold on the first video! Remember the fact ladies where doctors started to realize period cramps can be so bad they dismiss heart attacks? I can literally remember times where my cramps got so bad I passed out from the pain and fell asleep for the rest of the night.

I loved that he needed to know! For the curious, the average period pain is about a five or six, but for many the pain can vary from month to month. I went to a naturopathic doctor and she recommends cutting out caffeine entirely, and then lowering the sugar intake...after a few months you should see a difference. We are not supposed to have period pain.

I love simulators like that. It shows what pain woman have to go through ever month. Everyone is different, some feel more pain, some feel less pain, but it I often see how the statement "That woman doesn't have to take a day of because of her period, so you don't have to do either" is used and that's just so wrong. Someone can maybe Work with cramps, but some have really strong cramps, headaches, so many mood swings that they simply can't go to work for a day or two. We as a society have to accept that because to have a period is the most normal thing in the world.
