I just got the Greenworks 1900/1.2 from Best Buy for $99. It came DOA. Green light on the GFCI plug is on but nothing happens when you run water through it and hold the trigger down on the gun. I noticed that there was somethint rattling around inside. Not sure if it was damaged in shipping or if its a problem with the plug like described here. I'm just going to rebuy and return the broken one.
The the power button lights up but it still won't turn on. Could it still be the plug or if the light on the machine is lighting up, is it something else?
My 1700 fell off my outside table it wouldn’t turn back on. I think my problem is the switch on the machine? Or do you think it the plug? The switch on my machine isn’t lighting up green. The plug is lighting up.
This is surely an issue with this brand. Mine failed after about 3: years and I just wired in a normal heavy duty plug. Now though, I believe mine is something else. Any idea was the second most likely culprit is? I've gotten 9 years or of it though, so maybe it's just time.

@POWERMEEKMEDIA thanks. Changed it...didn't work. I ended up taking apart the unloader valve and chemical injector calve and cleaning those areas. Works now
it is best to get the Universal High Pressure Soap Applicator from green works it cheap and easier to use. it works on most green works pressure washers...

I opened up the GFCI connector and there was moisture inside. Used a blow dryer to dry it all out and it worked. May use some shrink wrap later.

Yes, it can still light up and the plug still be bad, this is actually the case in most of the washers I've seen.
I have the 2700 and it stopped coming on suddenly even with green light. Mow ill check for power in the cord and hope
Well mine I have to peck on the pump and the pump starts to work until I let off the trigger then I gotta peck on it again

most likely sounds as if the switch is damaged or the spring is loose

@@Jaydub08 yes, I fixed it. It was just the fuse loose, I took cover off and use the tool to squeeze the fuse firmly then it work again until now.
Mine has power after the reset mechanism all the way to the unit but still won't run
The power button lights up on the pressure washer. Motor won't turn on when the want is pressed. Any ideas about what the issue is?
it still could be the plug is bad, I have seen that before as well but if not, the switch could be bad.
