Missing when our local Goodwill actually sold furniture! So many gems to be found 😍
Those wooden boxes are gorgeous!! ❤
@16:34 the owl in the hat
Love the new shelf
Hi nateesha another awesome day thrifting loved the lion wooden box and the dear vase so cute nice score on the lamp always injoy watching take care
Thank you! 🤗
The crate you seek will have a flat spot for company /farm name/logo and will be thicker than later design .
Natasha you found an 80's towel rack!
I really like the blanket stand.
It’s Dickcanter lol. My friend bought me one in BC
That’s too funny! 😂😂
Great thrifting on this video Nateesha. Always nice that you find so much great stuff that you can even put some things back when your cart gets full! lol 😉💕
Thanks so much!!🤗
Love the lamp ❤
Hi. So excited to find a Canadian thrifter/reseller! Curious as to why you sell on Etsy versus EBay?
Hi! I believe that orange glass piece with the stopper is from Pier One. I bought a purple one at a vintage store.
Great finds Nateesha! Hope you and Wendell have a Happy Thanksgiving 🦃
Thanks for the greeting, it’s very kind of you. But Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving in October. Happy Thanksgiving to you though! 🦃❤
Yes we have ours early here in Canada 🇨🇦
Happy thanksgiving Robyn! 😊
Great shelving!
The costa rica vase looked like Celia Salazar which sells for decent money
It did look like hers! ❤
I totally thought that was Colonel Sanders too 😂 Love the painting!
😂
Happy Thanksgiving to you both ❤
Hi Mary! Our Canadian thanksgiving was in early October. Happy thanksgiving to you 😊
That Israeli hawk piece is awesome! I know people use the term majolica pretty broadly and I'm by no means an expert, but i would consider that more of a glazed piece of art ceramic than specifically majolica, personally. Fantastic find in any case! 😊
It is pretty great! I agree with you, it’s definitely not majolica. I use that term way too much 😊
What exactly is majolica?
I'm so excited that you got a milk glass lamp. My husband and I bought a few hobnail lamps years ago, when they were very inexpensive. He rewired them, and we got nice shades. But then the bottom fell out on the pricing!! 😊 I love milk glass.
Fun trip. Do you feel like the prices have come back down at all?
Now you have pieces for you’re Boutique, Flea Market & Etsy not bad…
❤😊
How do you find all the second hand stores? On computer or advertisement? I live in kamsack and when you are shopping Isee many things I need for my home and that you wouild never pick up in a million years for resale. I woyld love to know so I could pick them up.
Google thrift stores in your area and they should all pop up 😊
Are you doing fewer videos lately?
Love watching them!
Yes, just for a short period of time. Thanks so much for watching! 😊
🥦🟦❤
That red glass thing looked phallic shaped and it was very unattractive....good call to put it back on the shelf.
And this is why thrifting is becoming less and less accessible to the people who actually need it.
Why is thrifting becoming less accessible? Because sellers are going in and buying and contributing to the stores hiring people who need jobs? Because the money raised from these sellers is used to help certain charities get donations of goods they actually need? Are you donating your time and money towards these causes? If not….? A lot of the money from purchasing goes towards the needy. It’s not in the fact that homeless people come in and buy things although they could. They certainly wouldn’t be buying kitschy stuff or upper-end retail home goods or even vintage. They would more likely be buying warm clothes for the winter. I’m not sure you understand the concept…
They sell crates at Walmart that fit records. Not quite as sturdy as the old ones, but they work since the older ones are so hard to find.
Good to know. Thanks so much! 😊
