Can you add mods to the boat to see if it can produce big nice waves? Waveplates, surfgates.... that will be cool to see then we can mimic it on real wake boats.
That would be definitely be cool. Unfortunately I don't think that's possible because the hull isn't the same as the real boat . Let's say it was… I still think it would be too small. Thanks for watching and commenting! 👍😀✌️

Did you upgrade the boat at all to run hobby grade components? I want to buy one of these new brights and convert it over to brushless, perhaps.
@bitterm3 I did. Used a donor boat. The entire electronics. It brushless and will fly. Needed some fins and a bigger prop.

Was it difficult to upgrade it to brushless? What all did you need to do? You said fins and prop. That all? I want to build one like you’ve done here.
@bitterm3 . Get it ASAP. They are getting harder to find. Is it the the big one? Not to bad if you’ve worked on RCs before. This hull isn’t made to go too fast. It’s a cheaper more rigid plastic and it’s brittle. You can damage true hull at high speeds.

Yup it’s the 32in just like yours. It’s near new condition, I just wasn’t sure if it was worth 50 bucks or not! I will definitely pick it up then....glad I found you cuz I really could not mind much info on the 32in new bright.
Yeah not for speed. I’m into scale crawling (like you apparently) and I love launching my boat with my rigs. This boat seems perfect!

Hey bro awesome video! I reckon you should Modify a Tear Into Jet Boat to brushless and put that on the trailer...would be sick!
I would probably buy a cheaper less great looking scale inboard to do that. I like jet boats and that, just not enough to put it in a wakeboarding centred boat.

Honestly. I gutted it to put all traxxas spartan electronics. I ended using donor boat I got in a trade or swap meet. I still plan on giving it another overhaul. Thanks for watching and commenting. 👍😀✌️👍

It's a toy grade rc that was discontinued many years ago. I had to modify it to run like this. You might be able to find them used online. You would still need to modify it. Hope that helps. Tybo
